Nice start! But I think that you need to put some more midrises inbetween towers and small buildings 9.gif

You're off to a nice start! make sure you place more commercial mid-rise areas around your downtown, otherwise it looks cool!  4.gif

Ah yes, three suggestions:

1. More midrises

2. More custom parks

3. Custom water texture

But other than that, you're off to a good start.. Just remember to make the introduction flashier, if you know what I mean 3.gif

It looks nice, but I agree with the others: you need more midrises. It would give a better transition from the downtown to the low-rise neighborhoods.

Looks pretty good, but as others have suggested, some more mid rises dividing the high rises and small buildings might be a good way to go.

Ooh, now this is wonderful. 9.gif

I like the HK-style highrises, and their contrast with the surrounding terrain - keep it up!

wow I really like your CJ so far keep up the good work! 4.gif

As a suggestion, I think you should use the El-Rail facelift mod by MIncroabl. That way it will get rid of the boring grass underneath your elevated rail in your high-rise/skyscraper districts. Yes you do need an account on the LEX though.
