Quick Update: Territories World Trade Center

Hello everyone,id like to preview the current progress of my upcoming mega project which has started and certain phases are already completed.The TWTC Development has 7 buildings that will serve as hotels,observation,restaurant,residential and mainly on International Business Trade and Stock Index and Exchange.This Project consists in commercial developments and houses the world's first 8-star hotel.Here are some pics of the completed phases.4.gif

Update 5: Territories World Trade Center

Hello everyone,I am back here to preview to you all about my completed Mega Project No.2 which is the Territories World Trade Center.Like the previous mega project,which is the Quartz International Business Bay,The Territories World Trade Center is developed to serve as a main portal of international business trading center,international conference meetings,economy and stock index for New Territories Republic.This Phase is nearly 1.7 km wide and its bigger than the Quartz International Business Bay.The overall cost for this project has cost more than $27 billion,which it is double compared to the Quartz International Business Bay.

Buildings in Territories World Trade Center

Developers: City Center Investment Developers,Trump Property Holdings,Mirax Group corp,WSP Cantor Seinuk,Sir Norman Foster Development Properties.

1.Territories Financial Center Tower: 101 floors - 495 meters tall

serve as: office,observation,restaurant

2.The Stock Exchange Building: 78 floors - 411 meters tall

serve as: business trading,stock exchange,office

3,4.Gramercy Twin Towers: Tower A: 71 floors - 352 meters tall

                                         Tower B: 64 floors - 297 meters tall

serve as: Tower A: office,restaurant

              Tower B: residential

5.6.Trump Signature Hotels and Condos: Tower A,B: 31 floors - 215 meters tall

serve as: Tower A: residential space,leisure

              Tower B: hotel,restaurant,leisure

7.Territories Art and Shopping Center: 5 floors - 137 meters tall

serve as: cultural,shopping,leisure

    Great work!

    i would say its more than just a great.

    Very good in planning in location and selection of buildings. i like the TWTC Park walkway and entrance. very nationalistic.

    you really never disappointed me with ur updates. it keeps on improving! 9.gif

    hehehehe... its really quite unique to see that next to the High rise building is a cemetery. Very unique and fascinating indeed!

    i hope for the next of ur update is about the transportation facilities. hehehehehhe keep up the good work! 4.gif
