Well, let me think... Isn't the main Simtropolis server (sorry) toaster situated somewhere in Canada? And if so, I think that the banner won't be changed until tomorrow morning, (that's Tuesday afternoon for you abcvs)

Ok... where's the new banner? My assumption was wrong apparently... oh well. It was a good guess with the info that I had, but some of that info could have also be flawed in someway. 
By the way, the site was down again around 4 o'clock PST.
(There has to be some reason to the site being down so often!)

Umm, isn't there already colors on Simtropoolis? Although... the banner is still a bit monochromatic and the site's color scheme is blue, so I get where you're coming from with that. But still, the site changing to 6.0 is definatly better thena new banner (But if that's added in then it would be the icing on the cake!)
