@Paramore22: This barber is part of Simgoober's adult commercial services or something like this, they include sex shops, XXX movie stores and this kind of things. Do you mean for streets... There's the SAM.

For highways... There's the Rural Highway Mod (RHM)

For roads... There's Rural Roads.

Note: All of these require the NAM. Also, to get the ones on the LEX, you'll need to register if not.

Here we go agian. Ive been look aound to help my little bay front for my city and the default major league baseball staduim is alright, but I kno the stex can do better. I cant find one that look real or large size just like the default one on sc4, so if anybody can give me a link or sometimg it would be greatly appreciated if they know where are some good looking baseball staduims are.

Looking for CSX BAT Props 2006e and BSC Parks V2 Base Set...Are these in any Prop Packs or what. Had them at one time, but I think they packed their bags and left me

Random Ben: Unfortuantly, there is no collection of enough similarly designed campus buildings so that you could make a realistic campus, however, there are a number of smaller uploads that combined you can make a pretty good campus. The maxis unversity makes for a good center peice, than you can download some residential towers like these for dorms [link: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=3714 ].. At the LEX, Caliban made an excellent model of the chapel at Duke University which makes a good university building, then scba [search him on the stex] made a number of small stadiums that work well on campus. This guy [link: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?p=files&keyword=hdorriker&view=all] made a series of good modern university buildings. Last but not least, JBSimbio made a number of schools that you can combine to make your university. You can find him at the LEX too.

@DreamSong -- those trees can be found here.  The download contains some lots with trees that change with the seasons and a large variety of trees that you can plop from the mayor menu.  You may also be interested in this set which also contains mayor mode ploppable trees, but no lots.  Neither set will function without the two required dependencies linked at the bottom of their download pages.  Do you have these seasonal tree lots yet?  If not, the links to the dependencies for that set are found in the readme after installation.  There's also more mayor mode stuff.  Have fun!
