To my best abiltiy to explain "suicide lanes" are lanes or a lane between two direction of traffic that will open to carry a flow of traffic at one part the day and the other in another time of the.

I saw an image on google images where somebody had a subway station with a capacity of 20,000. How can I acheive this as its the most annoying part of the game, a subway station that can only handle double the passengers of a BUS STOP? lol

Mayors, I am looking for "freshcut" grass lots some with mow lines...think a major league baseball field...the dark lines against the light lines...kinda hard to explain but you are all brilliant so i think you'll figure it out.
