is there any plugin for SC4 where the menu of ploppable buildings are listed in more expanded way... perhaps replacing the SC4 default menu..

what I mean is that having thousands of Lots, plobbable buildings and tools with only one column for selecting items plus scrolling down and up seems kinda sucks... and that would be to tiring the find a specific item...

How do I put mods in my sim city 4 rushhour for mac Since I downloaded a few tried dragging them to the plugins folders it says plugins cannot be modified. Do i HAVE TO UPDATE SOMETHING?

I'm looking for a mod I used to have but don't have any more. It turned all the concrete textures and sidewalks in the game to the same concrete. Like this example from my old CJ.

Oh and it would be nice if someone could link me to the church too, it was a lovely BAT but I don't remember who by.

@ quatropette    I don't have a mac, but I know that sc4 for pc makes a folder in my documents and in program files. In my documents there is a sim city 4 folder and in there is plugins. also in the progam files/sim city 4 there is also a plugins folder. If you try to put the download in the program files/sim city 4/plugins you will get the message that you get now. If you put the download in my documents/ sim city 4/ plugins you won't get that message.
