    CraigKingOfIreland: Thanks, my friend!

rawr APPLES: I'd like to upload them, but since I modded some of the props used, I might not be able to. Thanks for commenting!

blue sinjid: Glad to hear you liked the update; thanks!

    Twenty20: Thank you!

haljackey: I thought the texture would make the piers stand out better, and I guess it did! Thanks, Hal!

buildsolid: That BAT is citynut's Newman Inc. Shedd Aquarium found on the STEX. Thanks for dropping by!

SirUnger: I thank you again for your support!

suplado!: I like making the lots big instead of in many pieces so that the size of my menus aren't overly huge. Thanks for reading!

    art128: Thanks, Arthur!

    Tomasneto: Thanks for the congrats!

Wheezy: Check the link I provided above for that aquarium. If I understand you correctly, the "large mall" is torremayor's Opera Bastille found on the LEX. I'm flattered you think that my CJ is one of the best available, thanks very much!

tankmank: That's alright, my friend; thanks for dropping by!

    kelismatic: Thanks!

tankmank: Yes, it is actually modeled loosely off of Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Thanks for commenting, my friend!

    suplado!: Thank you!

    Tutorial Alert! (again...)

I've been asked, "How did you make this?":

    FH-OverlookB.jpg

"This" is referring to the raised terrace in the upper part of the pic. If you check out my new tutorial, How to Build a Raised Overlook, you can do the same. This tutorial is found over on SC4 Devotion. I hope to see this put to good use!

    Teaser

I mean it this time; this is the last teaser before I update! I had a pretty busy RL work week, so that's my excuse 21.gif. Here's what I've been working on:

    FH-TheCenterpieceB.jpg

I literally searched the internet for nearly four years before I "accidentally" found this overhang. Now I must do it justice!

Hi Dan (it's Simpson from Devotion)

Your work on the LE is really fantastic. The last picture is looking super.

I'm looking forward to the next update my friend

Hi Dan, I have to say that I've been very impressed with your latest work on this huge waterfront project. It's really some of your best LE stuff to date, but you continue getting better and better and making larger things. So soon enough I'll be saying that again, probably. 3.gif I found it pretty surprising how good spa's buildings fit in. Nice inclusion of them, nonetheless. 4.gif Can't wait to see this thing completed! 9.gif

    Tomasneto: Thanks!

tankmank: Yep, it's modeled off of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, which was a renewal project. Thanks for commenting!

    SirUnger: Thanks, my friend!

    art128: Thank you, Arthur!

dfnva: I'm also fond of those condos, but I'm a bit biased 3.gif Thanks, Dan!

Petrovar Ambassador: Yes, they were all created in the Lot Editor. Glad you liked the mosaics!

suplado!: I haven't quite mastered it yet, but I hope to get close one day 3.gif Thanks, my friend!

?avi?: Good to see you here as well, David! Hope you like the update!

art128: Thank you again, Arthur, for your nice comments!

haljackey: Thanks, Hal! I'm flattered by your comments 43.gif

tankmank: It is a portion of a building called Oriented Station. It can be found at Capital SimCity.

Petrovar Ambassador: You'll soon find out...

ky72x: Good to see you back, Kyle! "Huge" is actually an understatement; this is an overwhelming project. Slaving away for days on two or three big lots can drain a lot out of you 21.gif. I enjoy using spa's buildngs, as many of them have a great maritime feel to them. I actually used one more of his builidngs in this update; I'm pretty sure you can spot it 3.gif. Thanks again for commenting, Kyle!

Hawkeye9: Look no further, my friend...

And here we have a rough overview of the area:

Sorry for all the open spaces in the last mosaic and the overview; lotting an entire harbor can be a bit time consuming 19.gif Enjoy!

Wow . Beautiful work indeed. And you're right , judging by the amount of lotting you possibly spend hours on just that alone.
