Wow! I like the way you used the Meadowshire Terrain Mod to add a little bit of realism to your city. The new hospital looks great (Ill Tonkso's right?), and the marina is a nice addition to an already beautiful city. Great update! 

P.S. My number is 36 and I have one last question: Where did you find that huge park?

I apologize for double posting, but I felt this deserved a new post on this City Journal. 
As I recently won a contest to decide what to spend a remaining $70,000 on, I have listed what to spend the money on here. 

1. First, Manubeas should use some of the money to continue development near the coast. 

2.Next, if Manubeas has earned the fire department landing strip, has not yet placed it in Three Mesas, and has enough money left over from my first suggestion to buy it, he should place it to reduce the risk of fire in his city.

3. Last, Manubeas, if he has enough money left from my first and second suggestions, should place A FEW more parks. I know he has many, but a few more greens will never hurt anybody.

I would like to thank simcityplyr100 for replying as fast as possible. I'm going on vacation so I wont be able to update on two weeks so this will be the last update I do for a while. 

Everything on this update is what simcityplyr100 specified.

Well, this is the next area to be developed:

A little golf course is built to increase desirability:

Unfortunately, the landstrip is not available yet, but some fire depatments were built around the city (four actually):

Great job on that update. I see you followed my suggestions to the word and I'm glad you decided to replace my landing strip with a few fire departments. Also, thank you for making me a member of your city council, I really appreciate it.

Im back!!! Huge update tomorrow!!!

Well, as you can see, Im back from my beautiful vacations in Cancun with a (quite big) update.

I would like to thank simcityplyr100 for adding me to his signature, and for his constant help and support for this cj.

Well, I want to fully develop 3 Mesas to continue with a new city, so, I developed a great part of land(its actually not so big, I like to exagerate) and Its waht Im showing in the next pics.

The previous two areas now developed:

More zoning around the mesas:

Traffic is increasing rapidly:

A small extension of the highway is built:

All the area will be developed:

An overview of the area:

A remake of the bridge with ramps was made to handle the traffic:

New Poll!!!: Should the highway be continued to Bruno City(if you want to see Bruno City, look at the first update), the capital? If not, what is to be done with the money?

Nice update. I like how you developed that area near the avenue round-a-bout into tall buildings instead of suburbs. You also did a great job extending that ground highway and I like the avenue overpass. To answer the new poll, I think that the highway should be extended into Bruno City to allow easy traveling from Three Mesas to the capital.

Great update there your suburbia looks great and your use of the diagonal highway and avenue intersection is something I havnt seen before

As you asked me to help point out some points to improve Ive got 2 at the moment

1. Try to get more custom content and try to faze out some of the maxis stuff.

2. The huge skyscraper looks a bit out of place but thats only because Im a realism freak!!

Overall though I dont see much wrong with your cities at all.

haljackey: As I can see, you don't know what this cj is about. I asked everyone for their opinions cause you lot are the ones that decide each update for my cj. I ask for more replies because I need at least 5 to do another update and I wasn't getting anymore. Anywho thanks for the comment, coming from the best cjer on the site, they must be good tips.

Well, now I would like to point out that this is the first update that I do without at least 5 votes, I guess you are mad at my cj or something but I need to update now.

The new highway is built:

A big piece of land to be developed near the highway:

Xoning is for high and medium density again.

The famous treasure Island Hotel in Las Vegas is also built here:

wall 2 wall commercial office buildings:

More development to be done:

Another skyline is already noticable:

It is quickly upgraded to an avenue because of the high traffic level:

I'd like to see some mid-rise residential. Your suburbs are spectacular, so your mid-rise should be nice as well.

Wow, it seems that Three Mesas has really grown out from its suburban roots and turned in a large city. I like your use of some of the buildings on the STEX, especially Saint Helens One Undershaft and the Sims Co. of Esterton (I'm a big fan of Ill Tonkso). I also like your placement of the government buildings and the Hotel/Casino looks amazing. Great update and I hope you update soon.

P.S. I'd really like to see some more work on your skyscraper districts. I've already seen what you can do with suburbs, I want to see more of your large city building skills.

I agree with Rictiovarus. you should continue makeing suburbs until you have a bigger populaton. nice update though . I like the night time city shot
