Splime: Welcome to Virgin Shores. Glad you like it. The candidates who have their name on the ballot twice have a first and second choice. If they win their first choice, their opponent wins what was their second choice. I don't think anyone will end up with two positions, and if they do, we'll vote again for that position.

Hampi: I'm sure he will, especially with those numbers. We've had a pretty good turnout, I'd say. Some positions have up to 20 votes now. And thanks for answering Splime.

The Head of DHE was tied 9-9 at 1430 GMT-5, so I've left it up until we get a tiebreaker vote. I'll check back periodically to see.

Now that elections are over, the City Council will meet anywhere from once a week to once a month, and I'll be back to regular update/reply mode soon.

As Head of The City of Virgin Shores Utilites Commission, 

I will plan to propose Pumping Stations next to and around Greta's Spring Reserve Park, by the Virgin Shores Department of Water and Power. And the Mayor of Virgin Shores will build it before Update 9 comes tonight. 

And also, next to Greta's Spring Pumping Stations, I will propose Water Treatment Plant Facilites to be built by the mayor and Virgin Shores Department of Water and Power.

supercity124: Yep, you won! But I don't think I'll have any pumping stations this next update, because there's not a need for them. As I said previously, I'll get you the actual data soon, so you know what the city needs. I will keep some land set aside for them though.

I promised some info, so here's a update 9A.

sim-Al2, you requested an overview of the land you are interested in purchasing, so here's a shot of the area I believe you're talking about:

You wanted to know about the slope too, so here are the stats:

Elevation at end of Coast Hwy. (after it curves North): 277m

Sea level: 250

8 tiles out: 230

The water's not very steep this close to shore.

Oh, and, do you guys like the street names on the pics? I think they add to it as being points of reference, so I think I'm going to include them on all future pics. Suggestions are welcome.

As you can see, we're out of water! We should remedy that. I guess it's time for a pump by Great's Springs. You got any place in mind?
