A wonderful CJ you have coming here my friend, I love it. The city is so colorful and pretty, and the way it is put together is really nice. Those little villages all seem so nice, and The Puerta de Triunfo looks absolutely amazing. Great work on all that. The last update was also very good, my favorite picture is of the farms with the little village in it. Haha stupid bush sending that topical storm to your island, anyway great work. 9.gif

yu seem to be talented in a lot of ways. your countryside is as beautiful as your cities. the same goes with the phottoshopped rain. it's a great effect.

i like the path next to the monastery.

Lousy tropical depression...

Nice rural scenery! The mission is beautiful and the farms look great! I never really saw Mesias so I don't really get the last two pictures but they look nice too!

Sky Guy: Thank you! I love mediteranean scenery.

Schulmanator: I just had to make a Lolcat for this:

    ihazaprize128586563525844186.jpg

3.gif Thank you very much. His majesty  King Jorge IV thanks the catizens of Schulmania for their generosity. About the church - I BATed it a while ago, I may upload it in the future if people want it, but I'd have to find it amongst my plugins first 3.gif

    ilikehotdogsalot: Thanks lol

Amerikaner: Heh, thanks for the compliments. the Puerto de Triunfo was actually inspired by the archway in the Baja area of Lisbon.

    Yeah_Right: Thanks!

nihonkaranws: Thanks, I was worried the airport would look kind of silly since it's so small. Good to know people like it! 4.gif

    anarchy0029: Thanks 4.gif

hijodecordoba: Thanks for the compliments, I enjoy adding effects and making it look prettier... because Simcity's graphics get really dull after a while 3.gif

    jacquilina: Thanks jacky! 9.gif

Twenty20: Thanks, it's interesting you noticed some inspiration from Italy. Bizquena was mostly inspired by Montserrat in Catalunya but I also wanted it to look a bit like Assisi. 4.gif

penguin007: Actually, I plan on showing one in the next update. 4.gif Thanks!

edmonton_stinks: heheh, I was thinking the next hurricane should be named "Cheney".. to go in alphabetical order 3.gif Thanks!

bokrif: No problem. Glad to see you here though. 4.gif

    roboo1: Dziekuje!

BTW, for those of you who don't know, Mesias was my older CJ which was located in Latin America. I plan on returning to it slowly, but there's still alot of work to be done on it. Of course, I was planning on completely redoing it, but I just loved my old Santa Leon (the capital) so much I had to keep it 3.gif But I did redevelop bits of it, like the old town which now has a zocalo.

Anyways, let's take a look at the Meseta peninsula (which is still a little under construction 3.gif)

    SanPedrocopy.jpg

La Meseta is a fertile plateau located on a peninsula near La Corona. Most of the crops here are olives, lavender, tomatoes, and grapes.

    Teneriz-Jan21011214251794copy.jpg

La Corona is a town northwest of Carife on the Meseta Peninsula. It is a very touristy town and has many beaches near it.

    Teneriz-Apr25001214199831copy.jpg

The Plaza de la Catedral is where the Cathedral is located, and includes a statue of Juan el Marinero, the town's famous hero who was a sailor on the first Pedrian ship to the New World.

    La-May11031214605933copy.jpg

The main drag is the Avenida de los Robles, which is lined with trees.

    La-May-9-031214605856_01.jpg

    La-May-9-031214605856_02.jpg

On La Corona's waterfront is a statue of an Angel, symbolicly guarding the city from pirates. (or at least did a long time ago 3.gif)

Next update I'll show a region view. 4.gif

I love the farmlands. The waterfront town is very beautiful. La Corona should be on City of Hypertrophy's place to visit.

anarchy0029: I'm glad you like it! I'm sure Hypertrophian(?) tourists would love the sun and the sea.

Heblem: Hola! Long time no see 4.gif Next time I go to Mexico I plan on visiting northern cities like Guanajuato and Guadalajara, so I'll make sure to add Zacatecas to the list, it looks beautiful. 9.gif

tigerplayer91: Thanks lol. It's nice to get a comment from a lurker 3.gif

    Callbat: Thank you! 4.gif

    jacquilina: Thanks jacky. 4.gif

feliwi: Yes, Mickebear made some awesome farms. Only problem is they're kinda glitchy, sometimes two farm houses grow on one farming lot 46.gif It's worth the trouble though 3.gif

Theirishnintendonerd: Thanks! so glad you like it 4.gif

Schulmanator: Yeah, it was kind of a hobby(ish) thing I did a few months ago. I don't really BAT that much anymore, I prefer gameplay.

    penguin007: Thanks!

boon1234: Skyscrapers? Hah! 3.gif Well actually Carife does have a CBD area with some commercial hi-rises. There might be a tower or two in Balboa, not quite sure though yet.

hijodecordoba: Thanks. I agree, baroque churches are beautiful. (hence my avator)

    lucky7: Thanks!

Just a teaser for now of my region so far. It is a bit unfinished. As for La Meseta, I have to be honest, I hated the way it looked 3.gif So I made it look more like the plateau in Ceuta, which is a Spanish enclave in Morocco. Don't worry about the farms though, I'll have plenty more in the mountain valleys. 4.gif
