As showed in the last updates Kaibesia seems quite rural. But it has also other views. The update I'll show you today is the last before reaching Pretunam and the capital area around Bang Thep.

Here's a region shot of the region I'll showcase today:

So now close-ups.

We leave Ben Buri via S11 and just entered the district of Kamet:

In the village of Kamet (~3.000) S11 ends and leads to S01. This road the country's most important and the longest road (It leads from Bang Thep towards west):

We take a look down to the coast near Kamet:

Back to S01. You can see Buddha (statue at right top of the pic) nearly everywhere in Kaibesia:

S01 is around 2 km from the coast inside the land. The The area down to the coast is used by farms:

After leaving Kamet district we enter Ben Praya. The city (18.000) is quite modern:

I won't show a lot of the city now (mayby in a later update)

Today's update is about Pretunam, one of Kaibesia's major cities. The city has about 80.000 inhabitants and is the western end of the region around the capital, in which 3 out of 4 Kaibesians live. The city itself is just a city of industry, because Pretunam Bay is ideal for a port:

First, a region shot, in which you can see, where Pretunam is:

Following S01 we enter Pretunam from the west. What we find are some high wealth suburbs:

Quite close to these suburban homes you can find some oil tanks of Pretunam reffinery, the largest in Kaibesia:

And here the reffinery itself and the close port:

And here's a view onto the major parts of the port of Pretunam:

Just north of the oil port, around 1km inside the coast, you can find the downtown of Pretunam:

By following the coast to the east we reach the ferry port area, surrounded by residential buildings:

A closer view on one of the both ferry piers:

And Pretunam power plant (in the background you can see S01 again, which leads directly through the city):

I'm guessing you're Thai based on how you're naming your cities. Sawadee my friend. Pretunam's a very familiar name. hahaha. I love what you did with the Oil Refineries there. I also like that "Thai" touch by using statues of buddha and I think it's a wat... the thing in the middle of the avenue. Anyways, I'll be coming back for your updates. take care
