b.) How did you get Bipins roads to work?

a. The building at the bottom is c.p.'s Victorian Houses- https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=3498

They come with a 7x7 growable lot! That and a variety of other configurations.

 

b. I used Bipin's Type 1 grunge road, so obviously get them in a line and THEN drag a road through them, then you will see traffic driving on the roads. But be warned- the tile containing the road cannot accept intersection nor will any RCI grow on the tile sides. But that's one small downside, the real magic is that the road textures form a smooth transition to building driveways of whatever style or configuration- there is no pavement blocking the driveway.

 

In fact I may just create a tutorial showing how to use Bipin's roads and to how make them look smooth and seamless.
