I think the modeling looks good, but the texturing on both of them needs a lot of work.

Yes,that's where the ESC was held. until i figure out what to do with textures on both of the models here is something smaller and simplier

Yep, thats nice, but appears to be too photo-realistic.I agree, you should work a bit with texturing.

I agree with joint1, you should spend some time working around with the textures, in particularly the roof one, adding some random details, dirtying the edges, some cracks maybe.. you know what I mean.. but besides that, that's a great building

thanks guys but what style are we talking about, most of  my BATs are based on the buildings from ex-yugoslavia,so called commie buildings,so is this one....there is a lot of that style buildings in ex-yugoslavias republics, industrial, government and residential

it looks more like an old New York building.. for a first view ^^ but is is a commie, well it is and it is looking good.. only the roof texture is a bit plain.. or maybe the entire roof lol just a thought

     I really like your work and I see you know what your doing!  My favorite building of yours is the brick auto repair building. It looks very good and your detial is simply amazing and used very well. Don't like the biker girl on the side wall though.....sorry it dosent go with the building.

Also what program are you using and would you care to show a SC4 render of your building??
