I got that too. Usually my public transportation do gett used & when I put toll booths, they get congested really fast. And I read somewhere that the Maxis toll booth will slightly lowering Mayor rating. Maybe more of your sims use public transportation & relieving congestion, leading to lower commute time, resulting in higher R demand. Im thinking the same thing because all i wanted is to encourage the sims to use the train and monorail and it seems its effective, capacity of my may train and monorail is more than 200% now.

I mean the RCI demands increase. The RCI demand increase when i started putting toll booth.

Hi i never put toll gates on my city borders, but since the traffic volume is very high and my train and monorail is not fully utilize, i started to put toll gates on my city borders and i notice the demand started to increase. Does toll gates really affects demand? thanks

It seems my Sc4 is running much ok now compare to my first installation with my new system. But still i did not get the better graphics with my old system i use to have, but i must say im contented now . I install the Sc4 in C:\Program Files and type this "-CustomResolution:enabled -r1600x900x64" wow i got the full screen now compare before which is not. Thanks for the tips

Hi Thanks for your replies, I just reinstall the game at C:\Program Files, and switch to software rendering. It has some improvement but still i didn't get the usual graphics i got from my old laptop which is lower specs but anyway i will try your advices and i'll let you know if there are improvements. By the way i have 64bit system.

Hi i need a help with graphic tweaks with sc4. I bought a new laptop and installed my sim city applied the updates and im having a poor graphics. Im using windows 7, i5, Geforce Cuda GT555m 2 gb, and 6gb ram (it comes also with Intel HD graphics card) . I was expecting that it will run smoothly but it didn't. I also tried to edit graphic rules.sgr but i can't save it, it always save as a txt file. i have 1600X900 resolution same as with my sc4 settings im also using the hardware rendering. any tips? thanks

Yup im already at year 74, smith tower just grew everywhere replacing my fave skycrapers so i need to mark them as history so that they wont be replace

np i just remove the colossus add on.. geeeess the demand just plunge to negative

Im using the colossus add on modd i think thats the cause why all my landmarks are growing.

but there are growing everywhere, i never edit any names on the files...or unless there is modd that i install which make thelandmark growable? but i dont remember installing that kind of modd

Hi is there anyway how to avoid this building? Im already using the block maxis buildings but its appearing everywhere 60% of my commercial buildings are smith tower im already tired of buldozing this building they are so ugly
