Your industrial port is nothing short of amazing. It's really beyond that. 3.gif

Nice shots of the new train mod in action. I liked how the trains were in a good amount of pictures. But the obvious standout of this update had to be the range and layout of industrial buildings. Nothing was too cramped or packed in, good. Also, the avenue/road underpass area looks awesome.

I was going to keep lurking around as I did for the last 3 or 4 months, but you made it completely impossible. I had to jump in and say something. You keep amazing me with your style, and this last 11 pages where I spent a couple of hors today will surelly make me think of coming back sooner than I thought. Everything so well putted together, you surelly haven't lost the Midas touch and I'm really glad you're back at CJing.

Also, before I forget, Happy belated Birthday and I hope you had a great day. I hope you had also a fantastic winter and had sometime for a bit of snowboarding. As usual I had, and it was great, been off to Austria this year.

Now I'm going to make a visit to a certain 3RR, and if the result is just like in here, I think I cannot hold it for any longer. I'll have a gigantic work on building my plugins folder from scratch.

Well, that's all for now and see you soon my friend.

    Gah! I am not worthy!3.gif

You are really giving me huge amounts of Ideas. Thank you for them.3.gif

Edit: maybe switch the highway in the farms to the rural highway? The normal maxis one looks too urban for those farms...3.gif

You weren't kidding when you said "classic American city." 3.gif

That's exactly how I'd envision a typical American metropolis. From the highway layout, industrial port, sports complexes and strip malls, this is yet another great example of the realism you aim for in your cities. I also really liked the freeway that branched off into the suburban and farming towns. The development in those areas was nice as well, especially the layouts of the lower-wealth homes and mix of zones. Plus, the highway just looks amazing with your use of the sunken walls to make overpasses and a long raised stretch of road.

That American City is awesome. It's actually looks more Vancouverish with the condos and apartment hirises. 4.gif

Wow!I love the detail of the city--it's intensely industrial without becoming grim--it's breathtaking.

What are the names of these dense house collections? They really define the neighborhoods.
