    Wow!I love the detail of the city--it's intensely industrial without becoming grim--it's breathtaking. What are the names of these dense house collections? They really define the neighborhoods.

    I tried running it on Ubuntu with Wine and Cedega. Wine simply did not work; Cedega ran the program (a not insignificant feat) but it could not support any mods other than new lots--it also could not support a widescreen monitor. I think the best choice is to use XP if there are drivers for your hardware--it's what SC4 was designed to run on.

    have you considered modding off of phoenix style airport? http://phoenix.gov/AVIATION/images/maps/map_full.gif it has the main terminal buildings between two one way roads and the concorsses are connected by skybridges...

    impressive. you base it off a real world map (ak) and turn it into a perfect fictional setting. It is my most successful (and my favorite to work with) region. :-)
