Reunion

February 19th, 0165AL (2021)

Captain Vashuri: They arrived in the Hasaq system soon after we did.

1st Officer Chatakra: It is possible they detected out arrival and came to see why we were there.

Gen. Yelslew: And after this, what did they do?

Captain Vashuri: They scanned us, then sat there for a minute or two, then opened fire.

1st Officer Chatakra: We were able to get the Karoteq running, and destroyed two of their ships, but then they took down the shields on the Karoteq, before we could get the hyperdrive to activate.

Gen. Yelslew: Okay, continue.

1st Officer Chatakra: They beamed on board the Karoteq, and killed Ensign Martin, and after Mardon took one of them out, we beamed back to the Valmal after setting the self destruct on the Karoteq, so they couldn't have it. The explosion destroyed a third Scourge ship, and the remaining two seemed to be distracted.

Captain Vashuri: We activated the Wapbervklex drive, but just as we left, we were hit by one of their beam weapons. The wormhole began to destabilize due to the massive energy input, so we dropped out before our main destination, which dumped us out in the Sarim Nebula.

Gen. Yelslew: So that is ow you got here so soon.

1st Officer Chatakra: Yes, sir.

Captain Vashuri: While in the nebula, we were attacked by the two remaining ships, and none of the energy weapons had any effect in the nebula, except at point blank range, and it was the same for their weapons. We launched 4 of the 8 nuclear warhead equipped missiles at them, and they shot down two, and the other two detonated near one of their ships.

1st Officer Chatakra: It seemed to have no effect on them, but it did cause a massive electrical storm in the nebula, which destroyed the first ship, and damaged the second. We managed to take the second one out with the railguns, but the storm continued, and caused most of the damage that the Valmal received on the mission.

Gen. Yelslew: And what about the rest of the damage?

Captain Vashuri: The rest of the damage was caused by the impact that destabilized the wormhole.

1st Officer Chatakra: We managed to get out of there when the Wapbervklex drive came back online, and we came to P7X-541, where we contacted you.

Captain Vashuri: After we disconnected, the Blikora told us to leave, the planet was claimed by Mloret. They fired two warning shots, and we left to come back here.

Gen. Yelslew: So what should we do if any more Scourge ships come?

Captain Vashuri: I don't know, nothing on the Valmal had any effect on their shields, we would need something similar to al'Hasiq technology to get rid of them.

Gen. Yelslew: What about the Ancaron ship?

Captain Vashuri: What?

Gen. Yelslew: The Ancaron ship...

He stopped and looked up, as a rumble filled the air, which was followed by some beeps from his communicator.

Gen. Yelslew: Lauren's coming.

They looked out of the window as Lauren's ship landed right in front of the stargate, just as it did before, and Lauren and Maraina beamed into the room.

 Lauren: Hello, and I don't think I've met you two before.

Captain Vashuri: I'm Captain Vashuri of the Valmal, and this is my first officer, Commander Chatakra.

 Lauren: And I'm Lauren Ahrns, and this is Maraina Zaphe.

Maraina: Hello.

Gen. Yelslew: Do you know anything about the Scourge?

 Lauren: The what?

Gen. Yelslew: The Extragalactic Scourge, the Pucharok, or any other name they might go by.

 Lauren: I don't think I've heard of them before.

Maraina: Neither have I.

Brad, Brian, and Lil's condo

Brad: It's good that the Valmal made it back okay.

Brian: Also it's also getting the new beaming tech that only requires a transporter on one end, and it's all because of you, Brad!

Brad: What, the castle on P79-V72?

Brian: Yes.

Brad: Daniel Jackson found it before me...

Just then Lil walked in.

 Lil:  I have something to tell you.

Brian: What is it?

 Lil: I'm pregnant.

Brian: That's great!

Brad: Wah..Congradulations!

Brian: It seems no one has used this gate in awhile...

 Laur: That would be correct.

They began walking forward, into the forest.

Brian: So, what do you think we will find?

Major Zargolf: Isn't that what we're supposed to find out?

Brian: Just guess something other than trees, and then we can see if it is here.

Major Zargolf: Oh. How about... some sort of ruins?

Lt. Black: I say a mineral deposit.

 Laur: A road.

Brian: Okay, we got ruins, a mineral deposit, and a road. Brad, what...

 Laur: No, I found a road.

They walked over to where Laur was standing, and just past some thick trees, they came to a gravel road, which stretched out into the hills in both directions.

Major Zargolf: I think we should follow it, but stay to the side in case someone comes.

Brian: Which way?

Brad: There is nothing coming up on the life signs detector, nothing of interest at least.

Major Zargolf: This way. And keep scanning.

He pointed off to their left, where the road went downhill.

 Laur: And I guess there will be a town.

Brian: Brad?

Brad: Cars.

Brian: And I say farms.

After walking for about half an hour, they came to an intersection. Laur looked at the sign, but since the only thing on the sign were squiggles, it didn't help much.

Brad: I'm picking something up on the life signs detector, down the other road. It's right on the outer limit of the detectors range.

Major Zargolf: Then were going that way.

After walking for another 15 minutes they came to a small town, and they saw a person standing out next to a fence, who looked up as they approached.

Person: Hello

He walked over to them, but hung back when he saw them.

Person: I don't mean to be rude, but just what are you?

 Laur: We're explorers.

Person: No, I mean what are you... Are you Muphridian?

 Laur: No, I'm a zuke.

Person: Oh. I don't think I have heard of zukes before, why don't you come over to my house to talk? Also I'm Karun.

Major Zargolf: Okay.

Karun: Do you know anything about the muphridians?

Lt. Black: Yes, some live where we come from, but there is also the Muphridish Empire where most live. And you look oddly familiar...

Karun: Where is it, and who do I remind you of?

Major Zargolf: It is on the other side of the galaxy.

Lt. Black: You look like someone I saw on the planet Amanz.

Karun: I've never heard of Amanz, and how did they get here?

Brad: How did who get where?

Karun: The muphridians, how did they get here?

 Laur: How do you know they got here?

Karun: Everyone on Aroh knows they came here, it is how we got here.

 Laur: Is Aroh this planet?

Karun: yes, and this town is Treevard. Do you know how the muphridians came here?

Brian: They have starships that can easy travel across the galaxy.

Karun: Is that how you got here?

Lt. Black: No, we come though the stargate.

Karun: Stargate?

There as a low rumbling in the air, which quickly faded. Brad walked over to the rear gate, while the others stayed near Karun's house.

 Laur: It is a method of quick transportation between any two planets, as long as both planets have a stargate.

Karun: Where is this stargate?

Major Zargolf: It's in the forest, not too far from here.

Karun: Oh, you mean the Ring?

Lt. Black: Yes, I think.

There was another, louder rumbling, and a small ship appeared from over the trees, and hovered over where Brad was standing, and a greenish-white light appeared around him, coming from the ship. Someone who happened to be driving by also saw this, and they spun out and nearly hit a tree from the shock of it.

Due to time issues caused by track and my upcoming trip to Florida, I was unable to make an update for Myoria this week. So instead, here is the small town of Treevard.

The village of Treevard

When the flash subsided, a group of Blitkarni were standing where Brad was. Not finding any sign of resistance, they just stood there, looking around at the forest, and Karun's house.

Meanwhile, Karun walked into his house, and Major Zargolf pulled out his life signs detector.

Major Zargolf: Brad's not anywhere near here...

Karun suddenly came back out of his house, carrying a shotgun-like weapon, which he pointed at the Blitkarni which had just appeared. The lead Blitkar held up his staff, but did not point it at anything in particular.

 Blitkar: Surrender now, and we will let you survive.

Brian: How about this?

He spun around, and the group of Blitkarni was flung into the air, and the lead Blitkar dropped his staff on the ground, while everything else flew several hundred feet before the sounds of them smashing into the trees were heard.

Major Zargolf: That worked... I'm not picking up any more Blitkarni in the area.

Laur walked over, picked up the fallen staff, and carried it back with him.

Karun: Come inside. And what is that?

 Laur: It is one of their weapons.

They all walked into Karun's house, and after Karun propped his gun up in a nearby corner, he walked over to what appeared to be a box sitting on a table.

An orbiting Blikora

Brad looked around the room he was in, which looked like a storage area. He then looked at the life signs detector he was holding, which showed two people were coming down the hall to where he was. He quickly put the life signs detector in his pocket, then just stood there. His hair began to lengthen and turn brown, and spots appeared on his face and neck. Several seconds later, two guards came into view at the doorway, and a forcefield dropped in the doorway, and they walked in.

Guard: First question. Who are you?

Brad: I am Jadzia Dax.

Guard: And where are you from?

Brad: The planet Trill.

Guard: So why are you wearing a Myonian military uniform?

Brad: I can wear whatever I want to.

Guard: Tell me the truth!

Brad: How do you know that that isn't the truth?

Guard: Wise girl here...

The guard then swung his staff around, and Brad ducked to avoid it.

Guard: With good reflexes... You are to stay here, while we bring someone who we know can get the truth.

The guards left the room, and the forcefield reactivated after they left.

The Blikora's bridge

Guard: We got a uncooperative prisoner.

Blurar: I'll send down the muphridian.

Blurar: (on com) Nloran, you presence is needed in Sector 6, Deck 4. Prisoner's name is Jadzia.

The storage room

Several minutes after the guards left, the forcefield dropped again and a muphridian wearing a black uniform with red stripes on the shoulders entered.

Nloran: Jadzia will learn to cooperate.

Nloran stared at Brad with a look of concentration on his face, then for both Brad and the muphridian, the view of the storage room disappeared, to be replaced with blackness. Both continued to stare at each other, taking no notice to the change in scenery.

Brad: You attempts to read my mind will not succeed. As I have already told the others, I am Jadzia Dax, from the planet Trill. That is all you need to know.

The storage room suddenly reappeared, and Nloran took a step backward. He growled at Brad, then walked out of the room again. After Nloran left, Brad walked over an poked the forcefield with one of his fingers on his left hand, then stared at a control box on the wall, and began to smile mischievously.

The Blikora's bridge

Nloran: The prisoner is tougher than she looks.

Blurar: What did you learn?

Nloran: She is Jadzia Dax from the planet Trill.

Just then there was a beep from on of the control consoles.

Blurar: It seems she has accessed the circuitry in that room... Like it will do any good, as that room has been disconnected from the rest of the ship, other then the lighting.

Guard: But how are we going to get any information out of her?

Blurar: I don't know. Take her to Mloret, I guess.

Suddenly, an alarm activated.

 Computer: Warning, unauthorized computer access detected in Sector 7 of Deck 8.

Blurar: What? There's no one on that deck!

 Computer: Warning, unauthorized computer access--never mind.

Blurar: What!?

Guard: All forcefields have been deactivated!

Blurar: WHAT!?!? How!? All guards, we have an escaped prisoner!

Karun's house

A black and white of a Blikora appeared on the front of the box after Karun pressed a button on it, and the others realized that it was a TV.

 TV: The ship was first detected several minutes ago, as were 20 smaller ships, believed to be fighters. Scattered reports have indicated bipedal cats appearing near where the smaller ships have appeared. So far, the large ship in orbit has done nothing, and the fighters have done minimal damage. Hold on,we have just received news that a second ship has just been detected.

The screen changed from an image of the Blikora, to an image of a CS-2.

Major Zargolf: The Valmal!

Karun: What?

Lt. Black: Its one of our ships.

Karun: And how do you know it's the Valmal?

 Laur: Just a guess, but it appears to be slightly damaged, which the Valmal currently is.

 TV: The fighters have changed course, and are now heading up, presumably toward the new ship that has just arrived.

Major Zargolf pulled out his communicator and contacted the Valmal.

 Captain Vashuri: We were just about to contact you, how did you know we were here?

Major Zargolf: You're on TV. Also, Brad is missing, we believe he was beamed onto the Blikora.

The Valmal's bridge

Lt. Bariel: We have 19 Khloratni incoming, currently they are just within railgun range, and we are well outside of their weapon range.

Captain Vashuri: Fire.

The 2 operating railguns on the bow of the Valmal opened fire, and they quickly began to cut though the approaching Khloratni. Those that weren't destroyed in the first volley swerved out of the way and opened fire, but due to being out of range, only one shot harmlessly hit the Valmal's shield before all the Khloratni were taken out.

The Blikora's bridge

Guard: All patrols are currently searching for the prisoner.

Blurar: Good. Now you do the same.

Guard: Yes, sir.

Just after he left the bridge, the weapons, shields, internal and external sensors, and engine systems shut down.

Blurar: What is going on in here?

A hologram then appeared in front of him, which took the form of Brad/Jadzia.

Hologram: As you may already know, I am Jadzia. This ship is now completely within my control, and good luck trying to find me.

The Valmal's bridge

Captain Vashuri: Scan the Blikora.

Lt. Bariel: That's odd.. It seems they are dead in the water.

Lt. Kalmul: I've locked onto Brad's transmitter signal.

Captain Vashuri: Begin transport.

The transporter room began to glow with a white light, then everyone stared as Jadzia materialized inside.

Brad: What? Oh.

His hair and face quickly returned to normal, but they continue to stare at him.

Brad:  It's just a way to confuse the crap out of the enemy.

1st Officer Chatakra: Oh. Who was that supposed to be?

Brad:  Jadzia Dax. Do you want the Blikora destroyed?

Captain Vashuri: What happened to it?

Brad: I planted a virus.

Captain Vashuri: You might as well destroy it, so they won't be able to get any information from this.

The Blikora's bridge

Jadzia hologram: I hope you like the sun.

Blurar: Why?

Jadzia hologram: Because it is going to get hot in here.

The hologram disappeared, but then an alarm went off.

 Computer: Warning, superweapon overload in 10 seconds. 9. 8. 7. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1...

Blurar: Well, this was a crazy day...

Karun's house

 TV: The first ship has just exploded! With 19 of the fighters destroyed by the second ship, and the 20th having already been shot down by Arohsian forces, it looks like we are in the clear, also long as the 2nd ship is truly on our side.

Karun: Is it?

Major Zargolf: Yes, Myon has no reason to attack you. The Valmal will also stay here for awhile to establish communications with you government.

Karun: Does that mean you will be leaving?

Major Zargolf: For now, yes. But we most likely will be back again sometime, with the muphridians.

Karun: It would mean so much for our people to meet the muphridians, thank you.

Laur walked over to pick up the Blitkar staff that was propped up next to Karun's shotgun, then joined the others.

Major Zargolf: 4 to beam up.

They faded away into a white light, and then Karun was left staring at where they disappeared with wonder.

Myoria

The village of Leechville. Leechville is located to the east of Rothern, near the Seldonian border.

Leechville from a different angle, where the hills are more easily visible.

Just to the southeast of town there are several large waterfalls, which tend to cause traffic jams when people stop on the bridges to take pictures.

The lower section of the falls, with bridges.

After going down the falls, the water ends up coming into the lake that surrounds Leechville. There are also a lot of odd rock formations along the waterside cliffs, which are also attractions for pictures in the area.

There is much more to see here, and since I am now done with track, I now have the time to show these other areas.

The Missing Planet

July 9th, 0165AL (2021)

Somewhere near P4X-103

As they continued flying though the system, Brian looked up from the controls and looked at Laur, who was sitting behind him.

Brian: So somewhere in this system there is a stargate that is in a habitable area.

 Laur: Yes.

Brian: But what do we do when the stargate refuses to come up on any of our scans?

 Laur: We search for it.

Major Zargolf: And considering the size of a solar system, this could take awhile.

Lt. Black: Maybe Jadzia knows where it is.

Brad: No I don't, and stop calling me Jadzia.

Lt. Black: Why? You can imitate her very well... Or would you like us to call you Odo instead?

Brad: No! I... think I can sense something dead ahead of us.

Brian: Can you tell what it is?

Brad: No, but it is big.

Brian began slowing the runabout down as they approached whatever it was that Brad found.

Suddenly, a small moon appeared out of nothing right in front of them. Brian pulled back on the controls, put the runabout into full reverse thrust, and activated the shields, but they continued to head straight for it.

Just before they hit the bottom of the canyon, the runabout pulled out of the dive and Brian began weaving it though the canyon, avoiding the steep walls. Just as they began to exit, however, there was an energy surge, and the AGPUs, Wapbervklex drive, sensors, and communications all went offline.

Brian: What was that?

He pressed a button on the controls that switched control to the thrusters, and continued to fly away from the moon.

Major Zargolf: We need to land to be able to fix it, so land on the planet.

Brian: I though there wasn't any planet near here?

Brad: There is now.

The runabout swung around, and a view of the planet filled the front window of the runabout.

Brian: Hold on, this is going to be a bumpy ride!

The runabout shook as the thrusters came on full reverse and they began to enter the atmosphere. The shields began glowing as they began decelerating, then 1 minute after this the roughness lessened and Brian redirected the thrusters to keep them from descending too fast. As they approached the ground, they flew into a thick fog bank. Brian looked at the only operating sensors for a few seconds, then gripped the controls tighter.

Brian: The only place where we can land is a small pond that will be coming up in about half a minute, everything else is trees!

Major Zargolf: Hold on everyone!

Just before the runabout hit the water, the downward pointing thrusters blasted water all over the place, then even more water was splashed about when the runabout hit the water, skipped across the surface, before sinking into about half a meter of water and muck near the shore.

Brad: Well, it was better than your first landing.

Myoria

There are three lakes near Leechville that are collectively known as the Leech Lakes, the upper (top) and lower (bottom) Leech Lakes are the ones visible here, while the middle of the three Leech Lakes is the one that Leechville is located on. The very top of the image is actually part of Seldonia, and much of Upper Leech Lake is located there. Also visible is the change in tree type from high altitude to low altitude.

Border station between Myoria and Seldonia, bottom and right is the Seldonian side. While no security can be seen here, it doesn't mean there is no security...

Waterfall connecting Middle Leech Lake to Lower Leech Lake.

The waterfall that it the exit point for Lower Leech Lake. This water continues west to Rothen, before emptying into the Myorian River at the center of the province.
