Spectacular. No doubt about it. It looks as if I need to restructure my downtown area.

Love your downtown 1000000000000!

That's when I was playing with CAM 2 years ago.

I was supposed to make this post a few hours ago, but I was told I fainted, so I'm posting this now: Unbelievable. I'm restructuring my downtown.

Here's one I took two months ago, it looks different now. All buildings in this pic are grown.

Had to zoom out pretty far to get most of it. It's still a work in progress with more buildings to fill several spaces(that some grown buildings filled but won't be there after a while). Most of the buildings grew but several I plopped.

Although this isn't my downtown, it is a major area of my city for activity. Bjyorn has the fortune of lying on the convergence 3 railway lines (with 5 platforms on the main station and 2 on the viaduct). It is also linked by

I've re-lotted Debussymans's Budapest Roundabout to make it functional (civic jobs) as a city administration building as well as assigning a prop family ID to each of his three color variations so there is only one lot required. I also needed to make an overhanging prop to match the concrete ground surface the building sits one.

Here are some pictures to show how really elegant this BAT creation is.

This breaks the stereotype that all good downtowns have to have 40-60 story buildings:

Basically, I was going Fresno-style(I.e. 10-20 story buildings), and I actually did pretty well.

Wow, everyone's posting such high-quality stuff in here lately. Good job, all.

I made this mosaic of my newest downtown, which isn't finished. It's not a very good picture because of unfortunate dilapidation and abandonment, but I figure I made it so I might as well post it. I'll be working on the city more and hopefully cleaning everything up too, and then I'll post a better picture of it.

Ion_Cannon - before uploading, check the options to make sure " re-size to fit website " is not used.

I'll take a quiet life... A handshake of carbon monoxide.

Nah the problem is the new site, for some reason it resizes all images to 1024x640px, and as far as I could tell there was no option to not resize, why thats seen as progress I don't know... Thankfully you can use the old version of the site instead, which still uploads images at a proper size, but still, very annoying.

I think the problem is ST auto-resizes photos, not photobucket. I use the new photobucket as well and my images are full size when posted on other sites like Simmania and SC4D. Do they get re-sized at all sites?

Wow very nice. I recognize very little in that picture! What are the dock/sea wall pieces you are using? It will be a while before I develop the coast in my region but I want to be prepared. :D
