    SPECIAL UPDATE: 12/23/07

    11525763ez0.jpg

    A YEAR OF EYECANDY

EYECANDY officially opened at on December 23, 2006. Throughout the course of 2007, I have posted 54 mosaics ranging from an electric Japanese style-city, to a Venice canal inspired city. 14,383 page views, 948 comments, 7 trixie nominations, and many diabetic eyes later, The eyecandy-making is still going! I put together a small collage of 36 mosaics that I enjoyed making this year. I hope you guys enjoy it! Thanks for your support during 2007! Happy Holidays!

C0ckatoo-210893: Actually, the road next to the Eiffel Tower was simply lotted with some road textures 3.gif Glad you liked it and thanks for stopping by!

    gabry85: Thanks 4.gif

Giligone: lol, What did you think it was? Chicago? 3.gif Nah, just kidding with you. Happy you liked the Eiffel tower mosaic!

Amerikaner: lmao, Thanks so much 3.gif I'm kind of sick of working on this city right now, but maybe once xannepan releases some of his bats I'll work on some more mosaics.

    dralin321: Thank you!

NMUSpidey: Thank you very much, Glad you like my journal!

    suplado: lol, Thanks!

panthersimcity4: Happy you liked it, Panther!

Skram: Thank you! The tunnels can be found by searching 'marrast' in the STEX, I beleive.

    Mikeaut1: Thanks Mike!

bbfan02: Thank you for your comment, bbfan 4.gif

    funkytim88: Wow, thank you 43.gif

penguin007: Thank you! I wanted to use a real water based canal for this city, so I decided to scrap using lot canals. Thanks for the suggestion though, I'll consider it in my next city 4.gif

GreekMan: Thanks! I just use Photoshop CS2 if you're asking. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it.

    2nerdy4u: Thank you 4.gif

ky72x: Thank you Kyle, I tried to add some little details in this mosaic, glad you noticed/liked them!

sEAhAwk fAn121: Wow, thanks Clint 9.gif

crazyyaya: Thank you! Yeah, It's kind of ridiculous how many comments I get per update, I'm not complaining though 3.gif

mayor of the manor: lol, Nice! Glad to know that it's that recognizable! 4.gif

Mike the Mayor: Thank you, Mike!

ThomasAH: Thanks, I tried to recreate the area based on how it's like in real life!

Callbat: Yeah, I saw the line on Google Earth and it was huge 3.gif Oh well, that's only a small detail I neglected to do lol. I did a London recreation in my WORLD journal, and I pretty much buchered the city lol.

    jugioh1012: Uh, No thanks.

cleaner475: Thanks cleaner. The Eiffel Tower is here.

sims co: Wow, thanks! Happy you like my work 3.gif

That's quite the portfolio! If only I was that productive. 3.gif Ah well. Quality over quantity is my philosophy. Even though you seem to manage both just fine. Looking forward to another year with more excellent mosaics2.gif

Ahh, so many good memories. I think I need to go to en eye-dentist now. haha.

I knew that the pics were Paris inspired, I just didn't catch that they were actually Paris recreations. Lol

Keep up the great work here!

I was doing some "research" about how to make a nice CJ, I have to say that this one is really impressive.

I don't have much experience in doing CJ's. In fact It's only recently that I thought my cities are getting ready to be shown to the world.

Thanks for this lovely CJ. It's a great source of inspiration.

UGH WOW, that looks so nice, I LOVE the train down in the corner, but how did you get it to not have the brown on the side of the tracks, its the only thing that keeps me from showing my train system, haha. Well anyway so is this outside of the past mosaics or just a new project. Either way it looks so pretty and nice. The village looks so realistic, kinda like a place in Medal of Honor or something, haha. And sorry SO many questions haha, but WHAT is that road texture its AMAZING. anyawy I really enjoyed your comment at TIENT, just have not had time to reply yet, but I am excited to see more of the countryside you produce. 9.gif
