15 minutes from the CBD? If I'm looking at the right picture (the second one) then it looks more like 5 minutes to me.

But seriously, this is another top-notch update. Great choices for the new apartments/resorts. I like how you used those large pools and the roundabout to end the avenue. Plus, the pockets of water that house the marina docks look really cool! Lastly, I will say that the night shots left me speechless.

That's a very imaginative way of building a marina. You even have hotels nearby to house the boaters. I can just imagine peeking out a hotel window and feeling the sea breeze whipping across my face. Again, nice job with the lights.
