Shingure - Sorry to hear, hey take some Dayquil, drink plenty of Orange Juice, and most of all make some Seasoned Collard Greens and eat them aswell as their juice... For me, that knocks it out before it even gets started... Even if it does it only lasts for about a day but annoyingly it happens... I hope you feel better soon.

Yoshiisland - Okay, just select a Grid on the Oconnee River in Parcel 21 and show how and where you want the bridge to be biult, what type of bridge and, where it will extend from, hand how much roadway after it, Tuckaway Transportation would own... Will it be tolled?...

Hey N4C. I was just thinking of making another development on/the other side of- the 'Newark Mountains'. I might confirm soon, and if I do, I'll have a location and a rough plan. Oh, and two questions. 1.What is the maximum size for development? And 2. Could you give the point graph if you have time? P.S I just got back into school, so I won't have a good plan soon.

rocketoink - Maximum size of your development is the amount you can afford, there is no max size...

rocketoink - I'll try to get a point sheet for you guys this weekend but right now things are so tight that I can offer no gauruntee's to anyone.

Shingure - Good I hope you get well soon man...

Greenbean418 - Hey where's the lake? 2.gif Okay... I'll get that done for you by this weekend hopefully.. ...

    ___________________________________________

First announcement is I'm going to have to update the grids/parcels after this update to accomidate for the newer developments...

And now, I've got a few things for you guys to look over before the next update...

First a teaser of what kind of traffic lamps you would see on Atlantic Drive...

    TrafficLight1.jpg

Crossing the Avenue Portion in Midtown

    TrafficLight2.jpg

    TrafficLight3.jpg

Crossing the Divided Highway Portion near the Shore heading Southbound...

I'm contemplating on having these created as bats and then editing the Type 21 Exemplars to display these models under High Wealth conditions only on Avenues. I havn't messed with Type 21 Exemplars before though so I'm not sure how difficult it may be.

And now, for the News Papers, note that these date all the way back to the explosion at the Harbour...

    Paper.jpg

    Paper2.jpg

Read up, alot of important information in there...

I don't really understand what's going on here, but it looks nice anyway! lol It seems like farms never last long, but you've made them into great areas to showcase. Good work

lilmanjs - I'll get that done for ya... Should be on the next update...

Jill Jacobs - Farms near urban sprawl are simply asking for it because they take up massive amounts of land but since you mention it, I might leave a farm park as a hystoric reference in milidgeville... Basically, whats going on here is, people are purchasing land and developing their kind of developments on Newark representing an investor in an actual growing city... Much like Real Estate... people with more points actually go as far biulding subhurbs... Basically it's a fun way of biulding a real estate market in a fictional city and watch as events pass through town from time to time..

i havent been here in a while, i think i had 58 points, but im here with my first building.

i would like to build a 6x7 block of High Res. to build the Shan Tower(R$)

there are some low commercial buildings to the left, i would like to buy them from there owner,My idea is that the new Nienaber Public Housing(shan tower) will drag the R$ there and it will clwan up the rest of the city.

i have no idea if i have enuf money for this, but thats my plan

https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=18275&v=1 is the link to shan tower

Nice CJ! I was wondering... how many points do you start out with? Because I want to start developing things in this CJ.

Almighty Nienaber - True, the site isn't complete yet and well it's ganna be awhile before it is complete. Also IHope Loans are a sole company owned by an individual user thus you won't find any of his information regarding his loans on the website... ...Just private message iamihop11 and he'll help you out from there and give you options as to what to do...

Lordy Lord - Welcome and thank you... You begin with 30 Points to dispose as you please, you're paid on a monthly basis (speaking of which I REALLY need to update that points sheet...)

I've never looked at this CJ until tonight.... and what do I see? Traffic signals!!! I like the fancy motif you're using for downtown area signals and you're using a Texas horizontal style.

Frankly, I don't exactly know what's going on here, but it looks unique, something that I'll look at when I have more time. But at first glance, I like the roadgeekery a lot such as custom interchanges and the use of route numbering systems.

Almighty Nienaber - How about this, because I'm trying to eliminate negative integers... you finance it... You pay a minimum of 10 Points a month to me and I will biuld the biulding for you...

You will recieve your deed and income when the biulding is paid in full and with your remaining 20 points you can biuld a development that will net you some income, but you'll need to be conservative... If you decide not to biuld then just be sure to make 10 posts a month...

dfnva - I was born in FortWorth and most of the signals there are horizontal. I only noticed it was very different after I moved to Chicago...I hardly see that style used widely anywere else... Basically what is going on is people are able to register a company as an investor and choose a grid and parcel image from the website ("start developing") and proceed about plotting their development, posting it, and I create it and post the finished product along with a deed to their property. This deed allows them to recieve points on a consistant monthly basis so they can buy more property, or other goodies such as featuring their development on a tour,... ...Along with that there is a storyline basically involving a peak oil crisis in which the United Nations no longer has access to the supply of abundant oil and were left to whither away by China and the Middle East... Fortunately, Newark the Island was found to have an abundant supply of oil which started an industrial revolution... However, as you go over the story updates, you'll find that the natives arn't willing to give up their oil easily...Welcome to Blue Hope..

Zarp - LoL... Yes yes nice plantation... Your points can be used for anything you wish... If you invest in weapons, I wouldn't necessarily deduct points for "weapons" as its an entity that noone can really see... ...I would instead suggest you biuld a weapons and opperations facility where you can manufacture weapontry and biuld them for yourself, or to trade... and of course if you purchase a link to the Seaport, that means you automaticly establish trade to whatever you make... and with that you'll get more points aswell...

I am enjoying your highways and infrastructure. With every update they get even better and better, and I love the uniqueness of them too!

    Keep it up!

Wow, sure wish there was someone here who liked BATing things like that.3.gif  Seriously though, there's a tutorial here on how to edit T21's.  I tried it but couldn't get it to work, hopefully you have better luck but if not maybe some other active investor of Newark could do that for you?

BTW I'm ready for the rest of those HW signs so give them to me anytime.2.gif

haljackey - The freeways are just getting warmed up 2.gif... ...You just wait until Newark is capable of biulding Interstates... But thank you!

Lordy Lord - Go to the website in my signature, afterward, go to Start Developing, click the bottom left "Continue" and you will see the Parcels there... Some are still not available yet and some arn't QUITE up to date due to recent development but most are still okay... The empty Parcels are still empty... or mostly empty... check them out, save an image, plot your development, host it on photobucket or imageshack, post it here, and I'll give you the costs and begin developing...

Yoshiisland - Cool! I'll go over it when I can breathe alittle bit... ..As for the Highway signs, make the ones for the frontage roads, also I might have to let you remake the A2/202 Tollway signs because I might or might not have to change things on it... As for Highway 4's signs, I'm waiting because I'm deciding on whether or not I want to convert it to MIS... If I go MIS... I'll have to rebiuld 3/4ths of the freeway... the same goes for the 202/A2 Tollway...

In the meantime though, Willg wants to extend the A2 Tollway to Auringy city as a full bypass around Newark... If this occurs, the whole highway would have to be renumbered as it would no long terminate or be a spawn of Highway 2... Most likely the whole highway would become 404... and yes, all of the signs would have to be edited and new ones would need to be made, but this gives you a fresh start to put them in those Menu Management Lots aswell... I'm also going to change the infastructure of the sign post alittle bit aswell...

As for extending the tollway bypass to Auringy City... He will cover up to 50% of the costs incurred... All you guys need to do is plot a route and destination and tell me what standards and grades you want the tollway to be biult upon...

I'd like to have some new development on Parcel 20 at grids C6, B6 and A6.

    Here it goes:

    farmks8.jpg

    farm2az5.jpg

Now, somethings I wanted to happen on this residential development:

    - All residential should be small density 1x1

    - No civic services(police, firefighters, school nor hospital)

    - All R$

    farm3yo5.jpg

I wanted to build that firearms factory(disguised as regular industry) somewhere around my farms, will my points allow me to do this? If yes, do it please!

Is building a seaport expensive? By expensive I mean: Do I have enough points after this development to build it?

    Thanks in advance, farewell!
