Those highways are looking good. Here is the development called Greenville I would like on parcel 21 grid e4: green is light residential light blue is light commercial dark blue is medium commercial bright red is small high school dark red is small elementary school pink is large fire station black is road gray is street. And the grid is 4x4 tiles if you didn't see.

Its looking pretty neat. I would like this on parcel 22 grid B4:

I have a question- do I profit from putting hotels and condos on my island? and is there a height restriction?

Greenbean418 - Okay, Do me a favor, copy that photo of the island and outline the area you want to recouncil from the Sea... It will cost 0.3 Points per tile. I acually wanted to buy the whole island. Oh yeah btw, would i be ok to like maybe double the size of that island and make it symmetrical? I have alot of BATs (Hotels, Residential, Parks, ect.) I have in mind. Very good update btw.

That is cool- an industrial distict on the mountain. I love industrial districts. Oh yeah. I have a question. Are you alowed to buy water to reclaim land from the sea? That would be awesome.
