How do I do deeds on towers or buildings??

I am very good at it I was able to make two fully functional websites, I just wan't to know what I have to do before I say yes at it.

I am almost finished filling in the information for iamihop11's development, and will soon have his deed.

I just have one question. On the calculator, it says regular res/com/ind development and then it says res/com/ind beachfront/park development. Does, this mean if it is directly next tno a park/beach?

Okay, obviously that means that Ihopolis won't be built there, but I think I'm just going to move it further northwest. Would it be possible to move that design to D6 in parcel 19, just snapping into the road that goes through that area?

un1 - Greenville has been biult in Parcel 21 already in the Newark Region. It is accurate so load up SC4K and give a deed based upon what I biult.

I have watched this area grow to where it is now, I can't believe how much it has boomed! I would like to help you design interchanges for your freeway system and other highway related issues. I understand that you need as much help as possible and I would be more than happy to assist.

Also, when you had the shots of the Highway 101 Tollway, I couldn't find any recognizable toll booths (ramps or on the mainline freeway.) Is this something you are working on? I think it would be interesting if you placed a decent sized toll plaza in some of your more desolate stretches of the highway.

And finally, when you first designated the name as Highway 101 Loop Toll Road Bypass, I think Highway 101 Newark Bypass suits the highway better.

FreewayofFlight -The 101 Tollway is owned and maintained by Tuckaway Transportation and due to the MIS conversion, its old toll booths were removed and are awaiting replacement for a MIS compatable booth. It's electronically controlled so there will be no large toll plaza's on the mainline. Its former alignment only collected tolls whenever came upon either the beggining of the tollroad, or an onramp. As for helping me I wouldn't mind at all. You have three options. 

1. Join as an Transportation Advisor and get paid but will have to cooperate with other members but you'll have instant access to traffic data. 

2. Join Tuckaway Transportation and aid them with their projects..

3. Start your own company.

P.S. Highway 2 does not travel through Eaton. If you're speaking of the congestion in Auringy City, Thats Highway 304 ... Thank you for your suggestions though... ...I need to re-read some of that and come back to you with your ideas...

willg - It's mostly farmland with some sparse residential development here and there... I was considering densing that area myself considering it's off a Freeway...

FlyingHat - Simply start by naming your company and giving it a purpose in what you'll be specializing in. You can specialize in more than on thing but it's just to help organization a bit. Afterward you check out the website and decide upon which parcel of land you want to undertake, download the photo, plot your plans, host the image on photobucket, and I'll biuld it for you.

I would love to get on board aiding your traffic woes, and I didn't intend to bring up a dead issue about Highway 2 congestion. I have some ideas to hopefully improve your highway network; such include interchange stream-lining, Highway 304 solutions, and introducing HOV or HOT (High Occupency Toll) lanes on the 101 Tollway and/or the East/West Connector. I hope I can become an asset for the citizens of Newark.

willg - 200 Tiles is quite large. I'd need to count that but I may let you do so under a condition... You share a terminal with MPTC who also wants an Airport. Oh yes and you're definately going to need transportation options to get around something that large, remember to account for the fact that there is a Highway and Railroad that services that area / your airport...
