un1 - Greenbean418 developed Greenville.. ..Taking grid photos is a bit more in debth than the over view image of the map. The images I posted were all from actual in game shots... ..even the overview of the map was collected from the highest zoom level and put together as a giant image map piece by piece.. ..of course if you're still willing then I'll definately add you in

un1 - Those accumulate monthly, not Bi-Weekly.  But it is good you reminded me because I need to send him the updated database of employees. You can be both an Estimator and an Region Shot guy. We just need to coordinate you and iamihop11...

Evillions - I also need to know where your development is located (what Parcel and Grid) before I can biuld it. Also I won't beable to give you your own powerplant yet as they're too expensive. You only started with 30 Points. I CAN however connect you to the city power for no cost...

Good luck with the region shots, un1. Will you still be estimating as well?

Great job so far everybody, on everything.

I would like to propose a new toll road project for the northeastern section of the region:

    <ahttp://img48.imageshack.us/img48/9489/regiontransit11wj2.jpg>

    LEGEND:

    Blue lines: toll roads

    Black lines: new arterials

    Green circles: interchanges

    Yellow dashes: mainlane toll plazas

The segment marked "Phase 1" will be built first, with stub ramps at the fifth interchange north. The toll road will accept cash as payment, as well. PS: I made some edits to the planned project (added 2 new interchanges, and extended Phase 1 to the fifth interchange north)

Planned toll prices (in US Dollars):

Interchange #1 (Highway 25): free - no tolls

Interchange #2: $.50 for NB offramp and SB onramp cash; $.45 tag

Interchange #3: $.75 for NB offramp and SB offramp cash; $.65 tag

Mainlane Toll Plaza (yellow line): $1.50 cash, $1.25 tag

Interchange #4 $.50 for SB offramp and NB onramp cash; $.45 tag

(Phase 1 extended to interchange 5) Interchange #5: future tolls on SB offramp and NB onramp when Phase 2 is built (NB offramp and SB onramp in phase one, with no overpass)

In addition, I am proposing an oil drilling operation near interchange #1.

Note that I'm not sure about the Vernon Highway development now.

On pg. 47 I posted a plan for a development. That is how it works, right? I was asking for one too.

And Houston_Fan, can I be a part of that, as it goes right through my proposed development, and something similar was in my long-term plans anyway.

Need 4 Camero- Highway 504 will be free, if traffic becomes congested, Hwy 504 may likely be tolled. Also, will there be land set aside for the possible additon of rail services?

Un1 how much towns or developments you made so far? Cause you sure have a lot of points.

Need4Camaro- Does each post gives you 1 point more? Because I have post 3 on this CJ. So I should have 33 points now. Your idea in this CJ is very fun. Gives others what they have in mind for city plannig. Great Idea!

Nice. I would like to propose a new subway that connects the Mainland and South Island it will consist of two stations and two trams one going one way and the other going opposite. I would like one of the stations to be downtown.

The cost to ride the tram would be $0.75 and the cost for a monthly "Breeze" pass would be $35.00 The city gets 1/4 of the profits turned in and counted by the system. It will benefit businesses; promote modern times; bring in profits; make life easier; and also help air pollution! Another 1/4 goes to system upkeep and the rest goes towards my company and future projects.

    Deal?

Evillions: No I don't even have one that is made... I have a job though and one of them gives me 500 points a month and the other gives me 1,600 points a month (I think). 1 post = 1 point. If you spam you won't get a point...

deion30296: I love that idea!! I hope it works out for you...

Greenbean418: I have finished the deed for Greenville... It will come later today...

    South Island Electric Rail Company

    Phase II

The South Island Electric Rail Company is please to announce plans for Phase II expansion of its light rail operations on South Island.  Phase II will bring to South Island further mass transit improvements as well as other necessary services both for customers and the company.  Broadly, Phase II will seek to implement three things: 1)A redesign of Central Square 2) The construction of A Line, the first of three branches on the island and 3) Service Yard for SIERC trains.

    Plans

    1. Central Square Redevelopment

    phaseiialine1jl2.gif

    The New Central Square

Central Square is just that, the central commercial and transit hub of South Island.  As such, SEIRC has determined it would be best to have its three island branches meet at Central Square.  The development will also add new commercial lots, a redesign of the road systems for better efficiency, and two SEIRC stops.

    1. The existing Central Square Station will be demolished and replaced with one where the Red Square is located.  Parking there shall be converted to light commercial.

    2. The yellow Square indicates a second station on the A Line branch.  The A Line will continue as GLR-in-Ave to the University

    3. The laying of track for future Phases that will create the B and C line branches.

    4. 4 Lots of medium commercial, to ensure variety of services in the square and maximize building density--no Spa centers here!

    2. A Line Overview

    phaseiialine2xj7.gif

    A Line Overview

    1. The A Line will continue in GLR-in-Ave all the way to near the University.  This is represented by the thin purple line (GLR) in the red line (Avenue).  There shall be three stops built at this time with others possible as the island develops more.

    2. The Three stop should be directly next to cross streets/roads.  One cross street, marked by gray line, will get an extension connecting it to the suburban development to its south.

    2. After crossing Route 35 and nearing the university, the A Line shall separate from the Avenue and turn east, running along the norther edge of the avenue north of the University, then along the southern edge of the road that is Route 35. From there it will have 2 stops in the small development in Parcel 22.

    3. Close-up Along Route 35

    phaseiialine3ae2.gif

    Around the Water Tower

    1. The GLR will continue to abut Route 35 until the water tower, where it will extend two tiles further and then continue parallel to Route 35, turning again and being adjacent to Route 35.

    4. Eastern Stops

    phaseiialine4tq5.gif

The A Line's Last two Stops

    1. The A line will continue on the south side of Route 35, with two additional stops, marked in yellow squares.

    5. Service Yard/Line Termination

    phaseiialine5bu6.gif

Land for the Train Service Yard

    1. This shall be the situs of the SEIRC Train service yard, maintaining and housing the Tram cars for the entire rail system.

    2. The Tram yard shall be the one found on the STEX at https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=332 (VDK Swan Mill Tramdepot BSC).  This is a 6x12 Lot, so the roads and GLR will need to be worked to allow for this lot to be placed

I have one question about Oconee Village. Would it be easy to run city power out to it?

If so, please do it, but if not, I'd be happy to pay for one of these to generate power.

Me and Houston_Fan are partnering on his new tollway project.

un1, it's a geothermal power plant made by peg. The link works for me, and I'm pretty sure you don't have to be logged in to download things.

    Try this:

    www.simpeg.com

Click "THE PLEX", scroll down, click the PEG MTP folder, and it's the first item listed. Click "View" adn it gives you a download link.

Or here's a direct link to the download:

Whoa.. ..miss a day and come back to find a full house!

deathtopumpkins - Incredible I completely missed yours.. I'm really sorry ..I'll start on it first...

un1 - Okay - I'll begin your request... .I've updated the Calculator and will post it shortly

mapmaker89 - I've updated the Calculator... the new one is MUCH more efficient...

Houston_Fan - I'll quote that for you.. ..what standards will it be biult upon? Median Size? ect? Will Highway 125 Toll work?

kj3400 - It would come very close to it.. ..likely to replace the road west of your development.

Evillions - Cool I'll begin immediately...and yes each post gives you 1 point.. ...I'll address that... and thanks 4.gif

deion30296 -  Nice idea but unless you propose a Monorail instead I would suggest making an deal with Chriss as he already has plans to connect a light rail service between South Island and Downtown Newark.

chriss - Whoa thats nice Um can you tell me what grid area you want central square to be located?...
    ________________________________________________

Benedict and Chriss I am calculating your deeds with the new calculator and will report back to you with new deeds.

Expect a very large update within the near future... ... Tons of requests to fullfill and proposals to request.
