Okay Yoshiisland I've got quite a few signs to request. First I want to say that on the previous sign request. All signs overhang to the left - just wanted to make sure that was clear. Also it would be nice of you to show some progression photo's...

First sign request is for the Lantia Parkway / Tuckaway Highway Interchange - They will use styles aswell just like the previous sign request...

lilmanjs - Sorry for the delays - I'm still underway the MIS upgrade project which is about 50% done right now... Everything west of the Oconee River is complete... I'll go into more detail about it later with an update showing, along with a special few surprises for you guys...

Citizens of Blue Hope it is with my great appreciation to announance for those of you who're still watching I greatly appreciate your patience! I got slammed with homework (and I'm still not done) between these last two weeks and suffered an allergy attack due to the introduction of pollen aswell to add to the delays but I still have not forgotten. During some of my sparse off time I have decided to make this project larger even still but through the division of labor. But first I'd also like to announce that as a token of my appreciation...

2. Almighty Neinabar, I have paid your tower off and I will present you your deed on the next update

3. Benedict, during the MIS conversion I saw the opportunity to upgrade several allignments of the SSRL and have done so free of your charge. I have also upgraded Tennington Station which has exceeded 10,000 Passengers. I still need to audit your rails.

4. chriss, I will begin construction of the South Island Electric Rail and award you a grant to cover the construction cost of its First Phase.

Secondly...

Blue Hope is BIG... It takes me ALOT of effort to maintain it as is and we still havn't gotten to the luxury functions. In effort to Keep Blue Hope going strong, I have openings for several positions in which will pay a monthly point premium in effort to help me more efficiently perform routine updates as well as more efficiently carry out the needs and duties that are required to keep this CJ running efficiently.. We can have up to three people per position and you can work for up to two positions. Some Positions require the download of Newarks Plugins and Parcel/Region files. I can seperate these files from your personal files so they do not interfere and you will beable to play each as if they were each located on a different computer WITHOUT having to copy and paste the files to and from your plugin folders to constantly play them. The files will be conviniently accessable on the Blue Hope CJ Website for download and they will be reuploaded Weekly for the most up to date version.

If each of these positions are filled and maintained regularly, I'd imagine I could quite possibaly make the region four times its size and still have quite a decent control on updates.

What I am looking for...

Request Organizers - Your job is to collect Requests either every two pages or every week - whichever occurs first. Take the photo and host it on a photobucket account, or a website. A Photobucket account will need to have requests divided into folders by the monthly period they were requested (A Folder for January 1st - 15th and a folder for January 15th - 31st will cover January's requests)... Note who the request was posted by and acknowledge the reciept of the request. For Websites, The New Requests, regardless of the poster will always be on the first page. Requests that are atleast 15 days old will then be organized into a subdirectory of Users. They will have links (for example, click here to view lilmanjs's requests, or yoshiislands requests)

lilmanjs - Tuckaway Transportation is a Sole Company and won't be affected... you can still function as you normally did... Basically kj3400 is in an ADVISORY position in which he'll beable to view and help post problems and ways to remedy them. It doesn't necessarily mean he will take action to do so (unless he chooses however... It's not a company, it's just a branch which identifies problems and proposes solutions)... although you may also join kj3400 and help him... you'll gain greater control over your own systems and better way to access transportation data... 

Zarp - Nothing changes for standard investors. They will still beable to participate as they normally did whether they are helping or not. This is just a way of helping taking weight off of my shoulders while gaining points and increasing the efficiency of Blue Hope.

I would love to be an estimator just it is very hard to figure out the land value (since the links on the website aren't working well) and the cost per tile (all I have to do is memorize the point page, which will be simple). But, many people have said I'm a very quick learner!

un1 - Awsome, Don't worry about landvalues, for now thats not much of a deal. I have an calculator based on M.S. Excell that will calculate the costs for a development within seconds. All you have to do is plugin the numbers and it will do the math.

Oh what a relief, I thought I couldn't make those beautiful highway signs anymore.   Hah...but seriously, if Tuckaway Transportation doesn't act any different and we have an advisor or something to help us, then I'd love to work with him to get the job done.  As I'm sure, you have enough work to do and don't need to be making all those sign requests to add to it for example.

Looking forward to the future, this interactive CJ has been around over half a year and still fun to mess around in!  I can tell it'll get even better, you're one smart dude.

Thank you for the Update MPTC, Downtown is doing excellent - and shows a strong commercial demand... This pushes the region to around 500,000... We started at around 90,000 ... Newark is moving toward a new industrial revolution upon the discovery of Oil within the mountains so investors prepare to open Drills and Refineries in the Oil Hotspots in of the Mountains to stimulate Industry and attract more growth...

I am still preparing the MIS and Requests... Expect one heck of a huge update sometime in the near future...
