So this time, this is much more than a CJ, oh no, this is the Journal of A NAtion, a fictional nation! This Nation occupies the same area as the REAL USA, but has fictional States and Cities. There may be some real Cities and States, but they will be different from the ones you know...

History: The Nation was first discovered in 1492 by Christopher Columibus, when he first landed in what is now Florida. When word of a new contient reached Europe, the English Rushed to colonize the area. By 1532 the total population was 1500. It slowly rose for several years, until 1613, when a group of Christians began to immigrate to the country due to religious persicution in Europe the population of the Area quickly shot up into the 10,000's and it continuned to rise. In 1770, all of the colonies on the East coast where controled by the British, and they began to pass some pretty unjust laws for the colonists (Use your Imagination). There began some rumbleings that they might split from England. And in 1776, the Declaration of Indepedance was written, signed, and sent to England, Sparking the Revoutionary War. This lasted until 1786, when it finally ended, it left a New nation ready to rebuild and expand. By 1823 the nation had expanded to 4 times it size, streching from the East Coast to the western-mid-west.

But then, in 1845, Different opinions between the North and South over Slavery led to a Civil War, which lasted until 1850, it was a short war. In 1860 the US purchased the Remaining land between them and the West Coast from France and Mexico. and then there was a boring period between Then and World War 1 and 2, and So on...

Very good idea, just make sure you don't do to much copycat for history and stuff. People don't like that. But so far you have done a great job!

Its an interesting idea. For example, it'd be fascinating to see where you decide to put the Capital. Will it sit in the same place as Washington, or is there a better place for it.

capitol should go about 30 miles west of boston, and 20 minutes south of nashua, nh.......lets see.....o hey, look ,the captiols in my hometown

BTW, your history is wrong. Britain colonised the USA and fought to keep it as a colony in the Revolutionary war, not England.

LOL! Columbus landing in Florida! You should start your CJ there since that is where this alternative US history started. Make a diamond city there. That's only my humble opinion.

Yes,i'm working on the UK.But mine is accurate.Its a city journal.You probably should done some work before you opened it.Its a strain when you have nothing too show
