Actually, there are three reasons why I said LA:

1.) The phone number in the picture is a Los Angeles Number (on Santa Monica Blvd., but that's not important)

2.) There is a Fox Plaza next to an MGM building in Century City

3.) The other blue building in that picture looks suspiciously like the Sun America building, also in Century City
