Just let this dust off a little . . . Okay, here we go! No, it has nothing to do with Canada as a whole, but a company IN Canada. It stands for Communication Network Tower. Uh, next question:

    7. What was once considered (and still kind of is) the biggest eyesore in Washington D.C.?

    Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the 'Wall.'

Can I ask one now? 9.gif

The Pentagon (it would be the "biggest" indeed) or the FBI Building (which is most certianly an eyesore!)

Wow, been a while . . . thought this one died out of lack of interest. Actually, the biggest eyesore (according to . . . people) is the WaterGate Complex. Lots of concrete, hideous. Okay then, next question:

    8. What is one of the most historically famous bridges in the world, located in Western Europe? TopCliff

No, the biggest eyesore is defniately the J Edgar Hoover building (says the architecture student in DC) :-p

And the Pentagon is ok but its in a crappy place, (ie in the middle of a big parking lot and stuff).

The Watergate is out of place but its not too bad.

    Ok onward...

Um, wow . . . I thought for sure someone from Europe would've gotten this: it was the Pont du Gard, the Roman acqueduct bridge in the south of France. All right, this is extremely easy for someone in America, especially California.

    9. What city was the "Govenator" (Arnold) nearly assualted by a drunk at a mass transit station he was endorsing?

The reason no one bothered with it was because the clue didn't narrow it down at all. You might as well have said "Guess any bridge in Western Europe".

Well, this hasn't really died yet because it keeps getting views and, on rare occasion, a post. Anyway, the answer is actually my hometown (I know it's unfair!) of Sacramento. I thought it might be easy because of simple logic: Govenator is the governor of California. The capitol of California is Sacramento. Because Sacramento is trying to get attention in the world (I personally say it's better than some of the great cities in history, culture, etc.). Therefore, he endorsed the Regional Transit light rail system. The station he got off at was the Wayne Hultgren Memorial Station a few blocks from my house. Now for what I really want to say: because some of my questions have flamed and been criticized, I am now allowin the general public to ask questions. There is a catch: you must PM me the question and the answer, and then I'll post it here. Also, that person will be excluded from answering their own questions. I only do that due to lack of interest in this. Hopefully, this campaign of mine will work. If not, I will ask a moderator to temporarily lock this until interest is restored from the public. Off to compliment people and be sarcastic! TopCliff
