Welp.. iit's update time!! Albeit a mini one..

I've just gotten my plugins folder almost up to snuff.. just a few more things I've got to track down and we're in business once again! I'm not leaving y'all empty handed once again though... here's a small tidbit that shows one of the upcoming areas to be featured.

    taste.jpg

Whoo, relatively new commercial district in Capilano. And yes, oil companies bought out a half a block for the purpose of putting signs up. The crowd is faithfully there, however, protesting the outrageous prices for gas.

And.. er.. that's all, folks! 3.gif

    capvalcomments.jpg

ilikehotdogsalot: Heh, not so much a clean, but an update. Mine was missing many outstanding BATs from 2004-2005, and even 2006.. it was time to get them all.

    cheese91: Thankys! 9.gif

rewright: Buddybuds thread, page 25-ish. 2.gif Thanks!

    patriots_1228: They're all perfectly sized! 3.gif Thanks! 4.gif

BlondeTwiggy: Hehe, thanks! It wasn't fun. 3.gif

    jacqulina: Thank you, jacky!

    flame1396: Lmao, thanks 3.gif

Not to shabby. Waiting for next update. Good luck with your plugins recovery, BTW.

Why haven't I arrived earlier...that's the question. I really like those euro houses by the highway there. Very realistic! 3.gif

^ Hmmm.... I haven't either. A visit from me is long overdue to a great CJ.

This is a great CJ! I was looking through the pages, and I noticed a lot of creative interchanges you made. Good job. Despite its shortness, the last update was excellent, especially the custom content you've included there. Keep it up!

    Iiit's update time!!

I've gotten some more work done, and my plugins are all fitting in nicely! 9.gif

    newcc2.jpg

Newly constructed, this is the Capilano Valley Regional Library... a replacement for the old library. The old was destroyed by the fire, and.. well.. it just took a while for them to build a new one, ok? 3.gif Beside it is the Simon and Fraser Financial Building, with the new hospital beside it as well. (We'll show what happened to the old one next time.)

    newcc1.jpg

A new residential area going up, near the library.

    newcc3.jpg

Not so much maxis at all anymore, hm.. Hope you're not all disappointed.

    That's all, folks!

    capvalcomments.jpg

    ilikehotdogsalot: LOL what trick?!

    cleaner475: Thankys! Hope this satisfies!

Deever: Hehee.. the Oil Pigs love it in Alberta! 3.gif Thanks!

    jacqulina: Thank you!

    BlondeTwiggy: Thanks, twiggster!

    IDS2: That's a very good question! 3.gif Thanks!

ky72x: Hehe, Thank you! Hope this is a decent enough update for ya. 2.gif

I really like the way you weave your residential streets together. It makes such a nice effect. Takes a lot of patience I bet. Nice job.

Argh! The custom content! My eyes!. . . Ahem!

Disappointed? Not at all, beebs, not at all. This particular change is good. The burbs look great. Nice choice of words in the presentation (especially the one about the library).

It looks great with all of that CC! The mix of houses just looks so amazing when it's paired with your weaving streets. The commercial\hospital area is very nice as well. Keep up the good work!

    Iiit's update time!

    golf3.jpg

Fancy new golf course! The clubhouse is a renovated house from the early 1900's. I guess it's rather more of an old mansion than a house, eh?

    golf2.jpg

Here's a better look at things. The course is a full 18 holes, designed by a Mr. John Henderson. Not really a big name, but he's got a few respectable courses in Alberta.

    golf1.jpg

    Aren't those flowers purdy?

    golf4.jpg

Just a shot of the lake much of the course is built around. No holes actually cross the lake, however.

    Aand, that's all folks!

    capvalcomments.jpg

pilotdaryl: On the STEX somewhere.. I know that the Library is Justanothersim's, but I honestly don't know what the other building was called. Sorry!

zelgadis: Oh muffin. You love coming in here!

    scififan68: Thanks!! 9.gif

rewright: Thank you! And yeah, it takes a little bit of patience. I usually just slap the roads down though. 3.gif
