One Canada Square is 50 stories high and at 235m. One Canada alone employs over 9000 people. This is a ploppable 4x4 lot with 7500 CO§§ Jobs, the lot costs §70,000 to plop.

I also propose that you cap off the rail line before the plaza, and devlop at the former railyard.
