    Simfan34 Thank you. 4.gif

Schulmanator Haha, since there isnt even a baggage area you'd better hope the weather is nice so your stuff doesnt get soaked! haha

    ilikehotdogsalot Thanks!

    GreekMan Thank you very much!

    daniel01 Thanks!

asturianu Haha, yes. yes it is 2 tiles. It will be 3 tiles when its done. I did some research and found out how long real runways are. Upon learning this I realized the runways at the existing airport were waaayyyy too small. So construction began on the new airport. haha. This one will have 2  13,000 foot runways. The normal is 10-11 thousand feet. So these runways will be able to land any airplane out there! mwahahaha.

IDS2 It is clearly international (points to update 19). haha. Nemonos is always looking for more business. Bring it onnnn!!! Thanks. I do love the construction lots 9.gif

    natuurzoon Thanks!

    Jacky Thank you.

Here's another teaser. This is  the current region satellite shot. As you can see. I've made significant progress on forestationizing the area. Also, you'll note new growth on the southern end of the city as well.

Wow, that's going to be big! It'll even be able to handle the new Airbus that's out. What scale are you using for the runways? 1 tile = 16 m?

I have a few suggestions for your city, so I hope you don't mind me telling you them, first of all it's your highways, I know this is just a CJ and all, but couldn't you make them more realistic? Interstates go higher in number north to south and west to east, and I saw that 35 and 90 were sorta in the area, even though you rerouted them on the map, also for the spur routes, interstate routes can have 3 digit spurs that don't connect to anything that are odd (like 390) or if they connect to another route then the prefix is even (235), just a suggestion.

I was also wondering why there wasn't a baseball stadium around? I really wish you would have put that in the downtown land, I think it would have looked nice there. What are you planning on doing with that old airport? it is an eyesore, and could easily be converted (well sorta)...I was thinking a big park with the baseball staduim in it and then a suspension bridge linking it to downtown Nemonos, which would also help traffic in the area, I drew out a little map with a few proposals.

Also, what about the suburbs? I know most of them are linked together, but I would like to see Sunset Beach, and maybe a few other of the cities that you haven't identified, and also a stack interchange in downtown would nicely replace that cloverleaf.

Hmm, good suggetsions Interchange, I suppose you're a highway type of guy just by reading your name... I like your idea about the Nemonos Beltway, very nice indeed. However, I don't think he should get rid of the old airport since it could be used as an municipal airport after the construction of the international airport. I wish you'd stop by my cj and give me a few pointers!

Yeah, the airport could be used similarly to the airports in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex (DFW is the main airport, and it's the international one, while Love Field serves only Texas and the surrounding states). That way people don't have to drive all the way out of town to take a plane to the next state. That beltway is a great idea though.

I physically draw maps, I'll scan one some time to show you guys, so sim city is perfect for me, except for the fact that it's 200 miles away right now. I started looking at Depoe Bay, and I'll give you some feedback on it when I finish reading it, but you said something about no updates after page 4 that I haven't looked into.

INterchange, you're one heck ofa smart guy. Great proposal! Let's see if Giligone agrees, though, as it would be knid of a hassle.

Actually, most of the beltway has already been constructed and I just added on the sections that weren't built yet and incorporated them into the rest of it.
