It is my pleasure to announce the selection of esteemed resident Mr. Leech Ten to the governing council of the Commonwealth of New Atkinos. Leech has been a loyal and dedicated resident for quite some time. For his efforts, he has already received the status of Centurion and of Legionnaire. He has also been awarded the Order of Maxis SimStar of Achievement for his efforts and now is eligible to received the Order of Schulmanicus. In recognition of these achievements and, most notably his receipt of the Order of Schulmanicus, I hereby declare Mr. Leech Ten to now be known to all as Sir Leech Ten. My herald, Harold, has designed this crest for Sir Leech for his use.

I would also like to recognize another fine New Atkinos citizen, Matthew Nmuspidey. His team spirit and cooperation make him a perfect candidate for the governing council of New Atkinos. He is well on his way to becoming a Centurion, himself.

I congratulate these two fine citizens and applaud their dedication to New Atkinos. I wish them well in their new roles as representatives of the citizens of that island.
