Hi, and welcome to Novaya Tulsk. It's localisation is on the Simlandian land, a nation in the Bering Strait. It's the current capital of the Thoulak, one of the 17 states of Simland. The history of the city and the state in heavily influenced by the Russian culture and colonisation. It was one of the few states to be an ex-URSS possession and it was a really highly militarized land, with a lot of silos and batteries in the mountain. There's also a lot of industries and vast complex that decided to go in the city. So, here's some maps and the first update:

Now let's go for the update!: Allentwerp, a foreign small town in the metropolitan area. There is a really big landfill, a high-security prison and finally, a pipeline (because the city produces and import oil from russia) and finally a Oil Power Plant:

Amazing use of the canals and that wasteland is amazing.Nothing but garbage and waste and its perfectly terraformed...Let me tell you that its very hard most of the time to terraform around the dump.Anyway I also like the village,but man that dump is incredible...

What a bunch of garbage...and I mean that in the best way possible!    This all looks very thought out and like it took a while, but it was worth it -  great job!  The layout of your village below inustrial and ifrastructure is quite realistic, and you attention to detail is top notch. I will watch for more.
