Best: Great for winter sports.

Worst: So very cold.

Python (programming language).

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

-Steen Eiler Rasmussen, 1898-1990 (SimCity 2000 User Manual).

Best: You can buy things while being at your bed and cheaper than in the physical stores.

Worst: You can't try on clothes and if you don't have an Amazon locker nearby you have to wait at home until the delivery person arrives.

Best: Zamość - pearl of Polish renaissance, packed with history, interesting fortifications from Italian and French schools and lots of original, preserved monuments. National park nearby.

Worst: Łódź - lots of bad memories, two heartbreaks plus the city is currently one huge construction lot with no end in sight. >.<

The "SimCity 4" vanilla Opera House is the most evil thing in existence. Avoid.
