Wow, this is really nice! I love what you do to your pictures - what exactly do you change as far as color/contrast/hue? The Times Magazine is brillant, and your cities are wonderful. I'm definately bookmarking this one!

Also, what BAT is the JustAnother Bank?

Edit: Seems I also have the pleasure of starting page 3 of this wonderful journal!  39.gif

    Jacqulina: Thanks!

Yoder: I'm still undecided about the ?. Maybe a park of some sort... Thanks!

SC4 Noobie: The spelling error was on purpose. Sometimes I'll change a member name on a street. Mightygoosia Blvd. (Mightygoose) is a good example. Thanks for dropping by!

    GreekMan: Thanks!

Yoman: Hehe, yes it will be in Denmark. Thanks!

    Goin2Chicago: Thanks for the comment!

    Simcitystar: Thanks!

MayorTim: I change the contrast/brightness. Contrast goes up 12 or 9. Brightness down 6. The particular BAT is the Key Tower by NDEX. Wonderful building. Thanks!

    Hey justanothersim86

Love your CJ! Not sure why I had not seen it before. Really well done. Your screen shots are beautiful. So much wonderful information like all the street names and things. Very nicely done. Also some very lovely pics of downtown.

    Looking forward to more!

Awesome job, everything is so green and you've got a great eye for detail. Also, the Photoshop effects are perfect, they're not to overpowering yet they still bring more life to your images. 5.gif

    Can't wait for more. 17.gif

I really like your "Interestin Angles" series - can't say why except that the pictures look great.

Good job with the cemetery - although it's a bit small. The slogan "A good place to die" made me chuckle - is there a such thing as a good place to die? I am not familiar with the paths you're using in the cemetery - if I were you I would combine the PEG Scenic Drive kit with the PEG cemetery kit, it looks far better.

Will be looking forward to the next update!

    News has broken!

The Parliament of Cantania (The nation) has passed a law that allows a referendum for Estancia every 10 years and the first of these is to be held July 28. We can now become a nation!

Aside from the political controversy, here are some very random photos.

I know the mirrored image thing is lame, but I couldn't resist it on this shot:

Amazing work there. Those mirrored shots in particular are great. I love how the rail makes its way through the ditch it's in. The stadium area also looks great.

    WOW

What a stunning CJ, I don't know how I did not make any comment here yet.

Well, you sure spent lots of time on all those trails and walls, but it worth the time (at least I think so) because the final result is simply a masterpiece, congratulations for the wonderfull work and I'll definetly keep my eyes on this CJ.

Personal Replies will come soon, need to get this update going first.

    Update 10: July 27:

The new "semi-suburbs" of North Estancia (more north than North Village).

    estancuanithcx2.jpg

Heading East to "East River". Located within view of the Parliament Buildings (if the referendum passes. For now they are simply Provincial).

    eastriverzn0.jpg

    eastriver32rr2.jpg

The North-Eastern section of the Main Island, Valdoria. Centered around the 130/100 Interchange. The 130 is the best route for people going through Estancia City which goes through the eastern suburbs on the Mainland.

    valdoriamb7.jpg

For the first time, we will be leaving the Main Island and see the Southern and Eastern suburbs/

    maplewoodinterpy0.jpg

The Citizens of Estancia will cast their vote tomorrow. My next update will focus on the upcoming referendum and the outcome. Riding by Riding.

    Bat: Thanks!

Kant: Thanks! The information is one of my favourite parts of creating a cj.

    Sorchin: Thanks for the comment!

Yoder: The golf course wouldn't fit, but I am going to put some custom golf courses on the edge of Estancia.

SpecialEddie: Thanks! Its all really simple to do those pics, but I like the outcome.

Dark_Jedi: I'm obsessed when it comes to detail. Thanks for the great comment!

Pickled_Pig: I doubt that there is a great place to die, lol. The suggestion sounds great and I've actually been meaning to get his scenic drive kit, but I'm lazy.

    Owenluby: Thanks!

    Aleko: Thanks for dropping by!

    Halo_Lover: I'm a fan of sunken roads/railways. Thanks!

    Yoder(2): Thanks!

Yoman: Lol! Who said we had to go by their rules 2.gif. Thanks!

    Gurrgkud: Thanks!

Goin2Chicago: Variety is always a good thing. Thanks for the comment!

    Jacqulina: Thanks!

SC4Noobie: #4 lol, I have no clue. Its their problem now. Thanks!

    MadTV_Freak: Thanks for dropping in!

Fabiocb: It takes a while to do those trails, but it is worth it. Rasec is an awesome cj, btw. Thanks!

    Collgab: Thanks!

Ginchael: Great to see you drop by. Thanks!

Yoder (3): I left it blank for a while, but Prepo's BAT's are incredibly handy and beautiful looking. Thanks!

Outstanding work! Great use of Madison Square Garden. I'd suggest getting custom bus stops and putting maybe one more parking lot around the arena.
