I was wondering what you are using to do your terraforming. I noticed what looks like you are using roads, But not really sure..

WOW!! This last update is one of the best. You build the church in a great green-natural area. Nice!

And the old building near the church is great looking!

VERY NICE!

Jacky, for a while I actually thought I heard water streaming, wind blowing in the trees and birds singing, and I forgot all about the industrial area my window looks out onto. Paradise Falls is so beautiful. It took my breath away and left me lost for words.

Hi Jacky

First I want to say that I wanted to place my 2,000th post in a "natural" looking CJ. And after a (very) short reflexion it popped into my mind that yours was one of the most nature oriented one, save for David's 3RR.

And it's also a salute to all the kind posts you've done trough out AVR history.

So here's my 2,000th post my friend, to salute some of the finest natural looking pictures posted in Simtropolis.

That abbey in the woods is sure one work of art.

Looking forward for more!

-John

Jacqulina, this CJ is great inspiration for me, and thanks to you I found that I no longer want to create dense highrise cities and instead I returned to forrests and fields in my CJ Cold Spring. And I must confess that I enjoy pictures of Paradise Falls the same way I enjoyed pictures of late painter Bob Ross - you know that man with a bushy afro and a calm, soothing voice, Bob Ross taught viewers to paint "happy little trees," "happy little clouds," and "pretty little mountains." , he made viewers believe that they could paint a landscape by following his instructions and words of encouragement, including his popular phrase "we don't make mistakes, we just have happy accidents." . Your countryside is so relaxing. Now I use Paradise Falls pictures as the desktop wallpaper on my pc windows. Unlike other great CJs only your Paradise Falls dont make me feel envy but just bring me pure peaceful relaxation, just like in fairy tale. Thank you very much.

I always like coming to Paradise Falls. I always leave happy! Another fine update. I agree with lennon, above, it is as soothing as a Bob Ross painting show. Your terraforming and top-notch nature design makes Paradise Falls a must-read for anyone in Simtropolis. You must live somewhere beautiful to get the inspiration for such a great CJ! :-)

    Jacky,

I just love your choice of trees and the care with which you place them. Also, excellent work blending the changes in elevation with your natural landscape. Finally, lennon801208 and Schulmanator - Ditto, RE: Bob Ross.

    Hi Jacky,

Sorry for not commenting in quite a while.   I've been sorta lurking about around here.    I had to say, that If I were a whatever religion that abbey was, I'd go there and become a monk.     I have never seen such a peaceful place.    I will consider it as a step toward nirvana[linkie] .   (Okay that was the only link that wasn't the band or wiki [i hate wiki] )

    Beautiful update jacky.

I like how you create such attractive rural areas. I wouldn't mind wondering through that woodland.

I like the effect you applied to one of the pics. Would be interesting to see more like that.

Keep up the good work, and your constant viewing of other peoples CJ's and the lovely comments you leave is appreciated by many here at Simtropolis.

Your journal continue to look dream-like! I'd be tempted to nominate it best rural/agricultural but there's something very fantasy looking for exclusively that category.

And as for the lake *drools* it looks amazing with all those loving details and pretty additions.

This is a brilliant Cj my friend!
