Great terrafoprming Jacky! Those partly eroded seaside cliffs are ust great!

A snall hint for your castle:

Unlike any kind of fortifications on flat terrain castles on hills and mountains are doing the bext of becomming protected by the topography. mostly you find them where any kind of attacks is limited to a ver small area so that very few defenders are able to stand against a huge mass of army (which is the base principle of any kind of fortification btw!).

Because of this I would not do such a big half round flat area on that cliff for the castle, insteads you should try to separate the castle's area a bit more from the surrounding and connect it with a rather small and narrow hook.
