Master project region Overview !

Still in a joung stadium progres in about almost every corner of this region is progesing. Mayor N-S, W-E and Downtown are established. Latest is a extension of the agraculture in tile A3. Recent commercial in tile C2  boosted with educational facilities. Industry in tile B1with some residential and commercial s supported. Plan now is to continue with tile B1,  B2, C2  extending activity and have the regional play have their influence. Maritime scene will be added to tile C3 with the island, sample a marina and cruise terminal or fishing port. Future progres to be seen, but i hope to have some pictures in the coming weeks !

Hi Simtropolis friends! I just wanted to share with you the last region where i'm enjoyng spending my free time in SC4. It's been almost one year working on it, and still there's a looot (very very lot) of work to do. I will later provide you better details of the region history, layout and city's screenshots when work will be done or pretty done (maybe i will open a new city journal).. but for the moment you may notice that the ground is completely flat: that's because i was sick of have to deal with mountains, rivers, lakes since i'm not very into landscape design rather than urban design (in real life i'm a building architect). Hope you will enjoy the view.

My first post there, though having been a member on Simtropolis for more than a decade... Anyway, I'm quite slow at creating a region, but here's my mother of pearls, Gold Coast-Fairview, on which I am playing since 2011. Currently at 3.755.000 inhabitants, it's the largest I've ever managed.

The region for my future creations. Some of you will recognize the region which humbolt rmap. Why this map ? It is huge ! there are plenty of relief type. Mountain (huge small) river lake, plain, sea coast... I am trying to link each city with a good transportation network to have a good flow between them. It is on going... One of my son is playing also on this region, he still needs some training.

Heaven (don't ask me why I choose this name. No, it's not related to the mandate), a Timbuktu-based region. Population is 1,282,186 with jaw-dropping 3,059,215 commercial and 153,904 industrial jobs.

Also, I did have a developed Fairview region. Unfortunately, I lost of it and it's actually not as developed as this one.

As I'm using monorail in place of the Shinkansen, Fukushima includes both monorail and heavy rail tunnels between Honshu and Hokkaido:

Not a lot has been going on in my Gold-Coast-Fairview region. Here is a small before-after update, between April 2023 (3.7 millions of Sims) and February 2024 (4.1 millions).
