Been a long time since I posted anything here so i'll throw my chips back in-

Mulefisk- Awesome work, the grass, the water, the buildings, the effects... all of it is nigh on perfect 9.5/10

Ilikehotdogsalot- Its alright, dunno whats going on with that see through building to the right but another good disaster effort from you (have you any citys left?? lol) 7.5/10

Simmania- Fantastic shot, gotta love realistic looking cities. Only thing i'm not too keen on is the Canal bridges... their very rigid. Love the highway walls though... they snake so perfectly 9/10

the_sanderson 1 & 2- Both are too small and don't have that much detail. It doesn't seem fair to rate them to be honest... I'm sure you could take bigger ones, don't hold back on us

I reinstalled NAM and put all the settings on Radical so I get TONNES of traffic now... fantatsic.

El Burro - 9/10 nice crisscrossing of transportation networks and the use of canals for that rotunda is very imaginative

Shadow_Assassin - 7.5/10 just about every detail about the pic looks great although it's a little too bright for me

If I were to work in an office, I sure would like it to be near the coast to alleviate the stress just like this pic.

PS: Thank you BATters for breathing new life into the game with your stunnig work!

Shadow_Assassin- That mast looks like a cheap Eiffel Tower... hehe. Acctually... that picture instantly makes me think of Paris for some reason... probably the mast. Only problem with that pic is the grass and plaza lots make the picture look empty... some trees or some water would have made the picture. 8/10

Deever- Nice dusk shot of the skyline just before people start to turn on the city lights. Only thing wrong with the pic is theres no traffic on the roads and the beach ends a little too suddenly (unavoidable unfortunatley I think) 7.5/10

Shadow_Assassin-Nice image.But it´s very clearly.

El burro-Nice image and traffic.I really love your plaza.But it´s unrealistic because the house repetitive.

el burro, it looks... cold, I like it. the sunken rail is awesome, so is every bit of road in that shot.

shadow assassin, awesome plazas, bit of lot editing eh? very nice eurpoean feel though

deever, nice beach feel, but all the buildings seem a bit forced... try to make it more "lived in"

the sanderson, zoom out... just showing a maxis building, eh, its boring

el burro - That pic is amazing, I love the sunken rail with the NOB's texture and jeronij's walls looks awesome and the roundabout is really cool!!! 10/10

Shadow_Assassin: 8.9/10 I really like the right side, i like the roundabout but i don't like the building, doesn't really match the small buildings.

Deever: some more traffic, maybe some terraforming on the shore. 7/10

crazy: WOWWWWWWWWWWWWW O_O that's a hugeeee picture. 10/10 for sure, must have taken alot of work!

The_sanderson: realistic, but not really all that eye popping, a bit small 8/10

Hrm, yes... getting there... still too "maxis" though. Try building a city center, something around a nice plaza with a few nice looking downloaded buildings, then fill in the rest with a nice looking transportation system or roads and some mass transit.

And for the record, I believe the art in taking a picture that looks great without editing, is superior to that of a perfectly photoshoped picture.

Oh, and by the way... the two towers, large white one and small art deco one to the right of my picture have since come crashing down. I simply didn't like them.

I'm not going to rate, because it would merely be my opinion anyway and, though you're asking for opinions by posting here, I'll give you something a bit more constructive than a number (and don't think that I dislike numbers... I'm a mathematician!).

I save pictures from other people's CJ's and from threads like this on my computer, for some inspiration with my own city building... and my first thought when I saw that roundabout was simply "WOW." Keep up the good work!

The_sanderson: Looking better! However, it could be even better if you used some custom buildings, and increased the size of the picture. When it's like that we can hardly see anything. Atleast not at a zoom level like that. 6/10

The_sanderson: Good night shot, though I would also like the picture to be a little bigger, 7/10.

Shadow_Assassin: Excellent, those sea walls are perfect and some good use of uniformity with the rectangular and flat roofed buildings, 9/10.

Mulefisk: Spooky, the mist and dark spots really give a good effect together, if you can try and remove those huge steps on the pavements, 8/10.

Thorin: The themed buildings of Paris are nice, though the buildings in the lower half of the picture do not seem to fit with the top half, 8/10.

Thorin....Not many people would say such a city would work,but then again you could have a "little Paris" section like that in ur city...

none the less the city looks good and the picture is top rate!

Thorin- Wow, that tower is so beautiful... looks like it should be part of a medieval castle 9/10

Ilikehotdogsalot- I've seen this shot in soo many movies its unreal... Big Ben either being blown up, or on fire. Love the effect though, looks like the scene is clouded in smoke. Act of war anyone? 8/10

LP- Great plaza, fits together nicley. Could do with more traffic though. 8/10
