those are cool shadows, if u hate the bach bug and i know I do
then u can download a beach mod that will change your natural
shorelines into beaches which will not ge that bug and better yet
don't need to be plopped either.  i give it 7/10

likes: the train station with the bus transfer (realistic)

the sound barrier walls (realistic in residential neighborhoods, keep kids off trax)

nice variety of trees

dislikes: single family home next to highrise

ugly maxis train skin (not really your fault)
