As pretty and British as always, especially with the disused railway line. The line needs to have a housing estate built on it somewhere called 'Beechings' 2.gif

In so many ways this Journal reminds me of home - just amazing I can look out of my window then at my screen and see so many things that are alike. Truly a masterpeice!

I like the British feel of the region. Makes me want to reread a Dick Francis novel. 44.gif29.gif

It's Martha's Vineyard! Looks kinda funny where Britain is supposed to be!

Of course, the development all looks very nice and natural.

    Good job!
Amberly looks fabulous, and the (semi-)commie blocks add a nice touch 3.gif
It's nice to see SimEurope, in perspective, and I thought that Britan was shaped different 18.gif
Don't forget to turn off the grid while taking pictures(press G; and keep up the great work!

Excellent region frogface!! After browsing through all those equally amazing urban paradises and tropical metopolises it really is refreshing to see such well crafted and realistic-looking suburbs and towns that seem as though they actually exist next door. Keep up the great work!! 44.gif

Very realistic region, you managed to give it the real world warmth and charm that a lot of cj's don't have. This is one of the best! Btw, where can I find that spa from the first page. The grey and red building, it's nice.

Maybe if I keep reading this cj I'll learn something! 19.gif

I love the 'spot the cjs' map, hmmmmm, it's difficult......

A lot of the character in places is found in place names, and these are some very British names. When I looked way back on page 1 over the Hailsham update (yes, I don't get to visit ST as often as I'd like) and it immediately reminded me of a town not far from Norwich called Aylsham. The whole theme is unmistakebly British.

    Superb. 44.gif

Your city updates are always great, but your region pictures are the best I've seen yet.

I really like the houses and the trees in the second pic.  Are those from a Japanese site?
