It's not dead, but it appears to be on life support.  I have not seen the map makers much lately.  Vandy seems to be feeling better, so he might have time.

I would like a decent map of boston. A larger map, somewhere around 12 by 12 large cities. If anyone can make a large, accurate map of boston, PLEASE DO 4.gif

I want to request a smaller area, 10X8 config.bmp wise, that is consisted of one large square and surrounded by medium squares.

I want it to be like coastal Norway with fjords and mountains but enough flat area near the water bodies to host small towns and one city.

This is just a creative "go-at-it" but my mapping skills suck. Just make sure the ocean is at the west and I want a fjord system running across the map. Thanks and Cheers!

I think the central Texas corridor (Austin to San Antonio) would be cool. Mainly because it's my turf... But most SC4 maps I've seen of the area are terribly inaccurate. Lots of missing rivers in several maps. And I think it'd be cool to have the Balcones Escarpment really pronounced and the Devil's Backbone lending into the Hill Country. Anyway, I doubt this little suggestion will be feed. Anyone should feel free to PM me if they either are working on such a map or wanting some assistance. I'm rather proficient in photoshop.

This reminded me. I want a map of the Santa Maria/Nipomo valley/river/mesa/coast area (Central Coast of California). I have a Mac and am unable to use the Terrain Editor, so is it possible to get a .jpg?

Ooh, I would love a map of the Central Texas area. Although I'd rather have one that's realistically scaled, and covers a smaller area (from Georgetown down to Kyle or so).

I have a great region idea. If someone can help me out, I'd like a 1/2 or full scale map of Long Beach Island, NJ. It is a barrier island thriving on tourism and fishing and was a major docking area. Its 28 miles long and very narrow with vast expanses of beaches and no elevation changes really. Very great sim city landscape and if the bay and a bit of the mainland as well as the ocean can be in the region map I'd appreciate it. I don't care if its rediculously large haha. If anyone can help me out thanks.

If there are still map makers out there, would it be possible to make a map of the Southern Tier region of New York, including the Binghamton and Elmira areas if possible. Specifications: All large cities; (8X8 if possible).

EDIT: I would like to cancel this request . . .

I've posted this a couple other places, but I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a 'fantasy' map. It's for an idea of a cj I had, essentially it's Antarctica's Ross Island with a temperate climate.

http://usarc.usgs.gov/drgs/dir1/c77190s1.jpg

That's a map of the island, along with an unnecessary portion of the mainland.

As far as dimensions, the island is around 950 square miles, a little smaller than Rhode Island

Does anyone have the Rhode Island map made by Rexer? I had this around 3-4 years ago but don't have it anymore. And I can't find it on the internet anymore. I think the filename was just RexerRhodeIsland. Thanks.
