great update. all the condos and apartments look fantastic. i was wondering, in the first picture showing the Gui Bixel Estate, theres a white building in the top right corner, could you help me find that? thanks and i can't wait for the next update!

I'd like to ask for one thing. I'm going to make a new CJ with a quite similar style to your one - I mean I want everything to grow and I'd like to know what building tilesets do you use? Also do you use a mod to disable every Maxis building? I can't find any in Alicante.

I'm looking forward to next updates from your city! Keep it up!

Well the way you incorperated the HK BAT's into the last update is great. It gives your cities a unique look unlike anything else. Something that is fun to look at. 

I'm in San Francisco now so this is the one of only about 4-5 comments I'm posting but I'm glad its here.

The Apartments are very nice, but the small orange building isn't very good, there, I think.

PhilsCafe ... Thanks, that is such a nice comment. I guess the bat creators do all the hard work and I just hope that they grow as the batters intended, they do a great job.

Goin2Chicago ... Thanks for both of your comments, sorry I haven't replied to your question though. Now that building is a new bat created by gerAndi himself... he is a great batter, and there are more treats instore from him to come. That building accidently snuck into that picture, as I was testing it, because I made the lot for it. It might be released one day for the public, otherwise you might have to beg gerAndi for it... hehe.

szarkoz ... Thanks for the great comment, and I feel quite happy that you have taken inspiration from my CJ to try to recreate the style in your own. Please link me once you have it started, I would dearly love to se how you go. Perhaps even Sister Cities could be a tie between our CJs to make a little more Realism to the game. I actually use a set of Mods that were given to me by Vlakhaas for testing of his lots a long time ago, and they basically block the cs, co and res from developing. You can also use the Tilesetmod on the exchange here to do the same thing. Good luck.

pschraeer ... Hmmm ... I'm having no problems seeing them, perhaps there was a connection issue when you last tried to look....? I hope so any way. Thanks for the comment and the advise... It is a strange building that one and really only fits in to wall-2-wall areas, standing alone it does look odd... thanks, I'll keep that in mind for future pictures.

Now ...  on with the update ... it is long over due I think ... 

Now as we saw last time ... This is one of the new branches of the Marque State Bank. Originally found in the Western part of St Marque Inlet, it is now spreading it's influence through out the Eastern part of the nation. More information to come on the SMI Wiki pages soon.

Moving along .... I thought I would show off some more of the transport ideas I've been playing around with to make unique use of the NAM and it's great fuctions... This area is called Kings Point Junction, and is located at the Southern end of Alicante City and is a major connection through the Kings Point and the Alicante Outer Port located.

Speaking of the Alicante Outer Port... Here is a preview of it before I show it off at a later time ... I'm still working on a few extra lots that I have been making to make the area a little more custom to Alicante City and my building style...

As promised a while ago ... here are the pictures of the Bixel Bus Depot that is located next to the owenluby Train Station .. a few updates ago ...

Now ... to leave you with a small taste of what is coming up next update... Another large Corporation of St Marque Inlet is making it's home in the Capital of Alicante City... Petrochem chemicals ... more information to come on the SMI Wiki page too...

oh what's this i'm seeing today? I really enjoyed looking at the Outer Port and the area around it; every little detail is very aesthetically pleasing let alone the realism it shows. I sincerely think that Alicante City deserves the Capital of Culture Award and I hope you get it.

Beautiful City...even though that doesn't do it justice....SCJU problems? Typical of growing organizations....perhaps a overhaul of the voting system might work...but what do i know...i was banned from the site for an uninvestigated claim of plagiarism
