I'm bacK!

My computer has been fixed and I bring you now 3 teasers from Ankara's newest city Antalya. And now a breif history on Antalya.

Antalya - A busy port on the southern coast and 10 miles from the border with the Aegean Federation. A boom in the 90's saw the rise of many new skyscrapers. The Second busiest port in Ankara behind Mersin, Antalya continues to grow.

And now the real stuff you want, the pics!

f5027f11.jpg

The main artery out of the city to the east. It contains the Deniz Expressway and the mainline running east. Walls have recently been built to contain the sound.

CanalStreetPic1.jpg

Kanal Sokak (Canal Street) is the main Ave running through the city. Flanked by 2 tram lines the canal is the center of the city. A nice area to relax. Kanal Sokak ends at the Sea and turns into a newly built elevated expressway north of town.

CanalStreetPic2.jpg

Another view of canal street showing the Secondary canal that runs off of the main canal and ends in Kale Koymak (Fort Park).

Well I hoped you liked my first update in a very long time. I will respond to comments after this update.

Thats all hope you enjoyed!

Well After a long time I will reply. I noticed my pics are gone but my computer isnt connected to the internet again (shouldt take long to fix. Just have to get a new wirlesss router.) So I cant re-upload them right now. I will if imgcity.net doesnt come back.

So here we go. This goes 4 pages back!

I mean rly far back. It starts here -- https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=36&threadid=75912&STARTPAGE=12&FTVAR_FORUMVIEWTMP=Linear

I will get into the mood of responding after each update. I hope, nah I will4.gif

seemurray2 - Thank you I'm glad you like them all.

GaBoR - Thank you my friend, i'm glad you like it all.

jacqulina - yes I do do alot of diguising when I'm building the cities. I hate to show unfinished areas.

nycsc4 - this is new news to everyone but I am redoing the airport. Blahdy is going to help me with the layout. And I am going to BAT the terminakls for it.

luker91 - Yes I love italy, use to live there. You will see mroe of the airport soon.

shasta - Yup I grew them all but I've scraped that city now.

kant01 - the airport will be HUGE. HUGE = 1 large city tile.

BerlinDude - Ah ye the canals, I love canals, I'm going to give that area a minor make over soon.

seemurray2 - Yes I did improve. Mainly through me paying alot more attention to detail. Also your CJ is awsome. The reason your cities look dull and boring is because american cities are dull and boring so you are spot on!

kant01 - Glad you liked it. Its the main park in the city so it better be awsome! Thank you for your long and helpful comment. i always look foward to your comments because they are always helpful.

helomoto - It doesnt have the no raod sign because the paths next to it count as roads. Thank you for your comment though.

collgab - simply thankyou!

1ajs - Maybe I should provide an elevator for wheelchair strollers and such....nah. Thanks for your comment!

aleking - Thanks AK, I cant wait to see this park system you are planning. Just know the lots I have require a bunch of dependants.

onlyplace4 - lol you help me enough in BAT so I am thankful for that!

seemurray2 - You know its funney you said that thing with the kids because thats what i pictured it as!

anubis89 - I'm glad you like it because your networks are awsome!

Rayden - Dont see you around here much but glad you like it, thanks!

onlyplace4 - you didnt say beautiful...lol, Thanks OP4

aleking - Then buy a ticket to Ankara Int'l airport then take a cab, mass transit or the rail link into the city. Catch a tram or a cab and take to to the park and you can chill!

zachos-prague - Its nice to think that 2/15's of your posts are right here. Thank you!

usnaguy - Thank you good luck with your CJ, the history was great!

bokrif - Its as crowded as you feel it is. I dont think so. i've seen more crowded Real life parks.

collgab - Thank you wondering where you were.

MadTV_Freak - Thank you. The insperation is from a causway in SC that I drive over to get over a large swap and the interocastal waterway. It also has some relation to the Atlantic city causeway.

Mikeaut1 - your the first person to comment on that but thanks!

usnaguy - Thank you, it seems we like the same area of the park.

van1357 - Thank you Van, I cant wait to see your parks on Chat.

KT3 - Thank you, that comment means alot comming from someone who landscapes as well as you do.

Cjah - The flooding happens when I tell it too, no jk it happrens when a storm blows of the sea and when there is ALOT of rain.

st louis dude - many pictures dont make a CJ, the quality of the pictures do, thank you for your commment.

Very cool update my good friend. Where did you get that construction lot from. Is that an Illusion? It looks like it goes below the ground... It's very cool. Nice choice...

Wow, it looks very realistic! The plazas around the major buildings remind me a lot of Atlanta (Probably because Downtown Atlanta is the only major downtown I have been to besides Orlando)
