Nexis wants to build an Embassy in your City.In exchange it will give you a slight residential and educational boost.Built on a librarylot,you will find it under the Educationlots.Completely independant for water,electricity and maintenance cost.No plopp cost either.6x8.

i really love all of your lots, but this is the first i don't like.....But the idea of making an embassy lot is really impressive !
