Borrowing from a concept by Pizza Steve (Cyclone Lake), this map was rendered from Nasa satellite photos of the smoke generated by forest fires that burned from mid-June through mid-July along the Alaska - Yukon border near Mackenzie Bay. The map is 1089 x 1089.
