PLEASE VOTE! This add-on is for download users that don't have the sims, just replace your my sim folder with this one please tell my what you thank Note YOU MUST PUT THE CONTENTS IN THE MY SIM FOLDER. if you have sim you made yourself you can add them normally after you install this.

I know this is an old conversation. But if anyone is struggling as I was to clarify:

In the Zip you will find a folder called mysim, this needs to be put in the root of your sim city my documents folder.

On windows 7 this would be something similar to this:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\SimCity 4\MySim

MySim will contain the images which you can easily change and also a single config file

This is a superb idea, but for some reason all the new faces are blue colored, it's supossed to be that way?? I'd like them to be colored just like the originals... :(
