Bonjour à tous, in the same architectural style (post-hausmannian), this is an aristocratic Parisian building, actually located at 5, avenue Elisée-Reclus, next to the Tour Eiffel. Buildings are all adjacent in Paris, which explains the "blind" side walls on most of my BATS. PS: I'm a very bad Plugins Manager user, so I hope it'll work. If not, tell me and I'll try to fix that. Chapeau. Je ne suis jamais visite Paris, mais ca, c'est magnifique! (You'll have to imagine that with a Virginian accent--it makes it more amusing. Now, even though I've never been to Europe, I'm one step closer to making my OWN Europe.)
