Hi peeps... This is my first post here... I have plainly no idea about making lots, but I do know quite a bit about max, so most probably there shall be many more models of mine here.
This is a Sir Norman Foster ultra modern Euro style (what a name 
commercial building of about 80-90m hight. It shouldn't have too much of power and water consumption, about as much as a building one quarter it's size (hi-tech Euro). It would be nice if you could make it having hi-tech industry as well as some com$$ and com$$$ jobs (many actually and a yimby (famous architecture)... I find it would look best without any of those kitschy props, just a plain grass area beneath it and an underground entrance(similar to the Brazil Cathedral) P.S. this building is actually a theme on the cucumber in London by Foster, and isn't situated in the real world... Love your site, you'll be seeing more of my models if you like them!!? Whoever made Emerald Plaza could try themselves on this(with a garden on top)
