This DOES work and it works WELL. It shows as a $99,999 expense BUT it pays $100 K a month so in no time you will be rolling and I do mean rolling in the dough. Excellent work, again!

Innotive, good idea, fits in with landscape - I'll use this when my city is in grave danger... You have received a 6 for taking in all the bad comments, but also for allowing ALL players to feel the abilities to cheat. Nealos101 has spoken.

Helped my region soooo much. Cheers man. Only problem i can find is that the junior sports program ordinance isn't the same without it - i dont have R.H. so this could be the problem. 9/10 - Good work man!!!

At first I didn't really care if it's a cheat or not, but for my negative-budgest cities, it helps soooooooo much- ha ha- now every single one of my cities are like RICH RICH and the population and RCI demand stays up every second :) i love u!
